The service is good... The room is big

The staff is friendly, the staff is willing to help carry my heavy luggage to my room, the food is delicious, the facilities are complete, and the view is also great.

The room's AC is cold, clean and the noise level is decent.

The room was cool... All the facilities were okay. Unfortunately, when guests arrived, there was no bellboy to help carry their luggage from the car to the lobby. Then, there was also no spontaneous offering of luggage to the room, even though we brought so much stuff. It's a shame that a hotel as nice as this is but the bellboy service to guests is still lacking. Sorry for this review, hopefully it can be better, becoming a 5 star. Thank you 🙏

Hotel recommendations when in Solo

Good hotel, good service, good food. Maybe soon I'll be back again.

It's okay, but I'm used to showers with a handle, and I got one in the old building. So, the room there does have a bathtub and a shower attached. So, you have to be smart with your guests, especially if you have kids.

The rooms are okay, the pool and food are delicious. The only downside is that the TV is old-fashioned.

When having dinner at a restaurant by the pool, I ordered boiled noodles but it took a long time to cook and was not very tasty, not cooked properly.

Keep the breakfast menu with a selection of local snacks, especially boiled rice.

The swimming pool is very wide and clean.. the room has a bathtub.. & there is a bolster on the bed.. the TV already has Netflix, YouTube, etc.. the parking lot is spacious. Breakfast: The food is so confusing that you have to choose which one to eat, there are so many choices and they are all delicious.. and I like the most, there are many traditional foods, super complete.. liwet rice, rawon rice, megono rice, klepon porridge, chicken porridge, outside the normal hotel food, in general, bread, salad, juice, omelet.. if you book a room, it must be with breakfast, sis.. thx

It's good, even though building 1 has a bit of an old hotel feel. Overall, it's good. It's clean, the lighting is okay. The TV in the room is still small, hopefully it can be enlarged so it can be watched comfortably. The food is delicious and varied.

This is the umpteenth time my family and I have stayed at The Sunan Hotel. Awesome...
