The service was quite good, the garden was beautiful, the room was clean, but the toilet had an unpleasant odor, which could be fixed by buying air freshener at the convenience store. I tried a massage at this hotel, which was quite expensive at 200k/hour, but the masseuse's strength was not noticeable. We rented two rooms, and the Wi-Fi in one room didn't work. The other room was sometimes off and on. Breakfast lacked variety and taste.

Always comfortable staying here with family, friendly service, clean and spacious rooms, always clean pool and always varied and delicious breakfast.

I love staying here with my daughter, booked for a week then extend for another 4 days. The resort is old Balinese style, the rooms is huge balcony, feel like I staying in a private place and the pool area is amazing. I was doubt to stay longer as I read some negative the reviews but during check in was turn out the place is more than my expectations, the staff are also nice 😍 the price for the location wise and the service itself more than worthy.

Good environment, good access, adequate room facilities, unfortunately the air/condition of the room smells like the room hasn't been used for a long time, so it makes sleeping uncomfortable and disturbs breathing when staying/sleeping in room number 123.

Kebersihan hotel sangat terjaga, petugas hotel sangat ramah, hotel cocok untuk keluarga yang ingin berlibur dekat dengan Pantai Kuta. Yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah menu dan cara penyajian sarapan agar lebih ditingkatkan.

Kamarnya bersih, kolam renang luas, sarapannya enak, pelayanannya juga ramah. Harga murah dan tempatnya strategis. Mau ke pantai tinggal jalan 10 menitan.

It's not bad for staying overnight, the breakfast is not satisfactory, it's the same if it's dark at night, there's not enough lighting.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, dekat dengan Pantai Kuta & Hard Rock Cafe, petugas hotelnya juga ramah-ramah banget, menu breakfast nya juga enak kok, cuma 1 kekurangannya air hangatnya gak nyala & air yang keluar dari shower nya juga kecil jadi agak lama mandinya 🤭 so far ok banget hotelnya.

Dekat dengan Mall dan Pantai Kuta. Kamar bersih, nyaman, kolam renang luas dan bersih. Pelayanan ramah dan baik.

Udah sering ke bali dan review hotel-hotel di bali, baru kali kecewa dari pelayanannya, bahkan angkat koper aja gak ada yang mau bantuin cuma diliat-liat doang, pesan khusus 3 orang dewasa dalam sekamar tapi handuknya cuman dikasih dua, pelayanan paling buruk sejauh ini, aku sih gak bakal mau rekomendasiin hotel ini ke teman bahkan keluarga yang berlibur di bali 😏, awalnya udah excited pengen review hotelnya tapi karena pelayanannya yang buruk ogah banget aku masukin di tiktok.

Some of the plugs died, then the service of the tv channels was not good, then the terrace lights were off.

The place is highly recommended for Family stay, the employees are friendly, the place is very clean, the environment is pleasant. The food is good even though it's not a buffe.

The staff is very friendly. Strategic location close to Kuta beach. The rooms are comfortable. Clean pool. Can negotiate the price on the spot. It's a shame the vacation wasn't long enough :)

Vacations with family are very fun, the place is close to Kuta beach and access everywhere is easy, to find food, walk in front of the hotel, maybe the impact of the covid pandemic, the condition of the hotel is less than optimal.

The hotel closed 5 months ago but the site did not confirm to the customer.
