Initially, due to late check-in, I couldn't get the room listed on the app. Thankfully, they managed to secure a non-smoking room.

General all good, staff friendly.

My second stay was for a Makna&Co study group event. The first time, I got a smoking room without being asked if I wanted one. This time, I got a non-smoking room, but it was so far away that I had to walk around—even further than the first time. The room was okay, quite spacious, with decent furniture, but the refrigerator wasn't cold at all, which was a waste of electricity. The hot water was the same as before, taking a long time to heat up. As for the food, I think the food tasted better than before; there wasn't much variety, but it was sufficient.

The room was large, clean, had a nice atmosphere, and was comfortable. I hope to return.

Grand Kemang has always been a family destination for weekend getaways or for taking the family on a staycation.

The afternoon is great for jogging (watching the traffic jam, we jog). The evening is great for hanging out (never sleep access). The morning is great for breakfast (all the staff are friendly and full of smiles). Lop lop lah.

Lovely room, lovely swimming pool, and absolutely lovely staff. However, need a little bit of improvement for the breakfast menu, both variants and tastes.

Great value. Good location, easy to walk around Kemang. Not bad buffet breakfast included, look for deals on booking apps/sites. Only downside was an uncomfortable bed, I had booked a large bed not twin singles, and they tried to pass off two singles pushed together as a double. Changed rooms the next day, but was annoying.
