Hotel facilities such as exercise area, gym, and swimming pool are more than enough, plus there is a sauna and hot springs, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the bathrooms are nice, the breakfast is delicious, recommended for family vacations, I have stayed at this hotel 4 times 😊

I stayed on the 15th floor for 2 nights, my room was in the middle of the “staff only” room, so until 10 pm there were still sounds of rustling, I don’t know if there were staff still coming in and out or what I didn’t check, otherwise it was all worth it, the food was varied and delicious, not all of it was spicy so the kids could eat fried rice etc, the swimming pool was really big, but I lost my pants in the swimming pool until I checked out and couldn’t find them even though there was money in the pants huhu quite sad…

I really like this hotel, it's comfortable, all the facilities are functioning, all the staff are friendly, but I was a little disturbed by the friendliness of one of the staff at check-in (female), I understand that the room is not yet available but conveyed it in an unfriendly tone, it will make customers uncomfortable, honestly I thought my staycation would be peaceful but it was ruined by that, luckily there was a reception staff (male) who was very friendly and seemed sincere in helping guests, hopefully this will be a note, so that the Peninsula Hotel is perfect in all aspects.

The view is city and pool, unfortunately the pool is covered by a room canopy, a well-maintained old hotel in my opinion, in all rooms there is a bathtub for us to pamper ourselves, the pool is also nice unfortunately the kids didn't have time to swim, next time I will stay here again.

Great, clean, delicious food, really delicious

For those who bring motorbikes, parking is difficult. No one directs where to go. Apparently there are 3 areas for motorbike parking. The lobby is not cool enough. Tapping the room is a bit difficult. The 11th floor but there are lots of ants. But the staff is quick to get rid of the ants. Forgot there was a glass that was not washed. The bedside lamp had its nut removed, so it was tilted. The hotel windows have never been cleaned, it seems, so the view is not that clear. Asked for help to heat up the pizza we bought at the hotel, instead of getting the pizza, we were told to go downstairs. Overall rating 3.6 is still not 4 stars.

Quite comfortable, the hotel staff are all friendly, breakfast has a lot of choices that can make you crazy full, got a room on the 18th floor, there is a bathtub, around the hotel there are culinary snacks, Alfa and Indomaret, security is tight to the point that buying food can't enter the hotel lobby, you have to pick it up far away on the side of the road, it can be used as a reference if the budget is 300k to 600k depending on the type of room you like.

Got a studio room on the 7th floor, the view is really beautiful, the view from the city bed, from the living room Monas is clearly visible.

The location is quite strategic, close to Slipi Jaya Mall. It's just a bit difficult to find on foot, like Indomaret and Alfa. The staff were friendly, especially when my child was climbing the stairs to the pool. They were attentive and even found a trombone. I was upgraded to a junior suite with a fairly large room. The food was delicious.
