The rooms are okay, choose the two-story family room. There's no restriction on putting twin beds together. Cleanliness and friendly staff are excellent.

There's a price for quality. I've tried several hotels in Malang for a week, and the Santika Premier Hotel is the one with the most excellent service. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are clean with bathtubs, and the soundproofing is comfortable for a good night's rest. There's also an Indomaret next to the hotel. The food is delicious and there's a wide selection. Since I stayed on a weekend afternoon from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, there was an all-you-can-eat meal package for 188,000 Rupiah per person. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you to all the hotel staff and the chefs for cooking such delicious food. Keep up the good quality. God willing, I'll stay here again if I go on holiday to Malang.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, we were only given one room key. We didn't receive another, even though we wouldn't have minded having a security deposit for the card. The breakfast rates vary.

The room has a bathtub. The room is clean and spacious. The air conditioning is cool. The food is varied. Many international tourists visit here.

Thank God, I was given a complimentary room upgrade. The kids loved the family room. The entire staff, from security to the restaurant waiters, were friendly. And best of all, the kids could enjoy breakfast cash-free. The food was plentiful and delicious. Thank you, Hotel Santika Premiere Malang.

I'm someone who frequently stays in hotels these past few years for work, so I've visited many. But I crown Santika Premiere Malang as the most perfect hotel in my version. Starting from the cleanliness from the moment I check in to the room and bathroom, then the hospitality of the hotel staff is really the best. The breakfast food is also quite diverse and of course everything is delicious. The thing I most concern when staying in a hotel is the bathroom, whether it has a bidet or not. And in this hotel, it has a bidet! Super comfortable and clean. Also, this hotel is really thoughtful because the bathroom bathtub has a base so it's not slippery when standing and soaking, very attention to detail. Towels are also provided with small towels for hair. Oh yes, the soap and shampoo are the Sensatia Botanicals brand, so it feels luxurious and not just a mediocre shampoo. Even though the hotel is old, everything is still well-maintained and updated. It's so comfortable that my husband will invite me here again on vacation. The downside of this hotel is that it still doesn't have a smart TV, but the staff said they are gradually upgrading starting from the first floor. We're really looking forward to Santika Premiere Malang's full upgrade!
