In my opinion, the only good thing is the spacious room and the large swimming pool. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where food is not allowed into the pool; you have to buy it there...it's expensive and the taste is terrible. The hot water is only lukewarm, and the lounge chair has white stains. I stayed in room 409. I hope the service and cleanliness of the room can be improved. Thank you.

Everything is fine, but the food tastes and variety are all the same and mediocre. However, the prices have gone up. The prices should go up and the taste should go up.

It's been a while since I've stayed here. The kids loved it, and the pool was clean. The maintenance staff was responsive and friendly. I hope to stay here again. Please maintain and improve the service. 👍

A child-friendly family hotel, all the staff are friendly, the one who helped clean my room was also very friendly, Mr. Tri, thank you, the room is very spacious, 6 of me took a deluxe family room for 4 adults, without having to add breakfast costs again, the breakfast is also complete and delicious, Indian food to Asian food, the taste is just right, and on Sundays there are many activities for children. We were served well, next time we will come back to this hotel. Thank you Sunlake.

Perfect for a staycation with kids. There's no need to leave the hotel to enjoy your stay, as there are plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. There's a swimming pool, playground, mini zoo, kids' activities (yesterday's cooking class included donut decorating and archery), and horseback riding. What makes the room even more comfortable is the spacious rooms.

Waktu pesan di aplikasi dapatnya deluxe twinbed. Pas check-in kayaknya diupgrade ke family room, wah gak nyangka 🫰. Kamarnya luas jadi leluasa banget, ada 2 bed queen size. Minumnya dapat 4 botol per hari, sedangkan umumnya hotel cuma 2 kan. Hampir semua hal di sini luas-luas, dari lobi, kolam renang, playground, parkiran. Beyond expectation sih 👍. Hampir semua memuaskan, kami senang menginap di sini. Kekurangan minor masih sangat bisa ditoleransi (gak ada handuk tangan, response delay saat ada komplain di kamar). Cuma 1 yg jadi concern saya. Setelah checkout, saya gak bisa titip koper. Selama ini di hotel2 lain selalu bisa. Misal mau jalan2 sekitar hotel sebelum pulang, ya masak sambil geret2 koper. Petugasnya menjelaskan, memang kebijakannya gitu, gak bisa titip kalo udah checkout. Gak masuk akal, karena klo belum checkout ya gak perlu nitip kan msh ada kamar.

my family has often stayed at this hotel but this time I have an unpleasant experience. happened in the pool when we swim was no towels available. the reason the officer is out of stock so we return to the room in a wet condition. very embarrassing.
