You can really feel Bali here.. it's comfortable for those who want peace.. behind it is the beach.. if you come here, it seems like one day won't be enough.

Ok, the staff are very friendly even though the hotel is quite old.

the service is all friendly. the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable not noisy. The resort can directly access the beach. stayed 4 days in this place, very very pleasant. always success for Keraton Jimbaran Resort.. 🩷🩷

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, namun standard layanan sangat kurang terutama di awal jam breakfast, pada saat saya masuk ke restoran, staff yang stand by hanya 1 orang, yg lainnya tidak stand by di stationnya, variasi buffet breakfast perlu ditambah, kebersihan dan keamanan pantai juga perlu diperhatikan karena ada beberapa anjing liar yang lalu lalang

Do not stay in this hotel! Bed bugs cockroaches, and bad service is considered normal here. It started out well. We arrived around midnight and settled into our room quickly and had a good rest. Woke up in the morning to the beautiful Balinese garden, a decent breakfast (bare minimum menu, btw), and walked along the beach, which is right in front of the hotel. During the day, I noticed a number of bed bug bites, but I didn't make a big deal of it. We were only staying for 2 nights, and I can always spray the bed with natural repellent. Things took the worst turn when we got back in the evening. Found cockroaches in the bathroom, one big and one small. Called reception, only to be told to go back to my room and wait for room cleaner. Room cleaner came, caught the cockroach with his bare hands, and said everything was OK now. I tried to ask what he was going to do about the problem, since I have no idea where the roaches had been, and that roaches are very dirty animals. His reply: "What do you suggest we do? It ' s only 2 cockroaches. Maybe talk to reception. "I had to demand that he cleaned the bathroom, gave us new towels, threw away my toothbrush, and hoped my severe allergic reaction to roach wouldn't flare up. When I did talk to reception, his reply was that I should expect 1-2 cockroaches as normal since we are in nature. I guess he doesn't know that roaches exist where the sewage system is bad and that even 1 cockroach in a hotel is bad enough. Also, the bed was evidently old and has lost its support coil. I didn't notice the first night because we were so tired, but I had trouble sleeping the second because of it.

Fun and memorable, the hotel is clean

Paid with breakfast but it turned out that it was not provided and there were no employees staying at the restaurant.

Food is only ala karte, even though at d'asilo it's buffets, but it's ok. What sucks is the discrimination of restaurant ingredients. I came first, I asked for a menu book. Not served. Up to 2x and it sucks. Meanwhile, foreigners who have just arrived are immediately given food menus and tea or coffee.

We arrived at night, drive through a narrow and dark road. But when we checked in very friendly staff great us and immediately help us carry our luggage to a beautiful room with Balinese touch. In the morning we saw the beautiful Balinese garden with many kinds of frangipani trees surrounding us and also clean and nice beach just in front of us. Breakfast at the restaurant by the beach, was good, and served quickly by a lovely lady staff. Swimming pool also nice. Bathroom amenities okay. WIFI/Internet also strong. Minor points. There is no water spray for the toilet and no spa/massage service. Definitely I enjoyed very much our stay there. A quiet and lovely resort. Thank you.

Awal datang harus menunggu beberapa saat karena katanya bookingan kami tidak masuk. Padahal saya booking sudah beberapa hari sebelumnya. Tidak ada cleaning service yg standby jadi pihak hotel mencari-cari orang terlebih dahulu untuk menyiapkan kamar kami. AC mati-mati, kami kepanasan saat tidur. Saat malam tidak ada petugas hotel, jadi kami tidak bisa mengeluhkan masalah AC secara langsung.

Incredible views, the resort is also full of trees. Looks cool in the eyes even though the heat is pungent, the rooms are okay, the service is friendly. It's just that at night, outdoor lighting is lacking. It's so dark if I have to go out to the lobby.

Balinese hotel, rooms are very clean. Private beach and large swimming pool.

Staff not good towels smell of breakfast very standard of cleanliness of rooms very need attention.

The rooms are comfortable, service is satisfactory, maybe only the breakfast is less varied. The rest is good.

Clean, good service and friendly, the location of the hotel is easy to reach from the airport, has a private beach, for a very limited breakfast menu, for me the muslim can only drink tea or coffee and fruits just because there is Porknya menu. For the future can think of a neutral menu that anyone can enjoy it.
