The staffs were friendly, the room was clean, the location was so close to Pavilion. Just one thing, on one morning there was no hot water. Other than that, everything was great.

Good location, the room is not very soundproof, most importantly the hot water in the shower is not always available! Only at certain hours, I checked out early and the water was only slightly warm, it is very unfortunate that the hot water in the shower is not always available, even though this is the Accor Group.

The hotel is located across from Pavilion Mall and very close to KLCC Park and twin towers, just walk about 500m. Recommended one

Novotel KLCC, the physical hotel is a bit old, but the room condition is still very good. The interior and equipment are still good (updated condition). For competitive prices, according to the conditions in the middle of the city. Breakfast is also quite diverse. But the main point is the location, between Petronas and Bukit Bintang, so the environment is still comfortable (not too crowded), but still close to the center of the crowd. Overall, it is highly recommended for those who want to go to KL.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The room is clean as well, but the cup for rinsing your mouth while brushing your teeth wasn't very clean.

Good location, comfortable room, great staff, skybridge to pavilion just 30-secs away from the hotel, near to monorail station (Raja Chulan), walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & it's MRT station, and Alor Street as well, recommended hotel in Kuala Lumpur, will be back for sure 👍🏻
