The hotel is conveniently located, close to public transport (bus station, Fort Canning train station), restaurants, supermarkets. The receptionists are attentive and enthusiastic in assisting when needed. The rooms are reasonably priced, with all the basic amenities, carefully cleaned and clean.

Pros: Central location, near Clarke Quay Central, marina, Fort Canning. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee provided daily. Room has a chill view. Cons: Old and worn furniture, air conditioner cannot be adjusted so it is very cold at night. Old TV, unclear screen. Small room for 3 people, bathroom is also cramped. No bottled water, if you want to drink water you need to boil it and let it cool.

Dishonest staff, paid a lot for connecting rooms but was given a family room with no windows, no bell boy, no facilities.

The hotel is a bit cramped and not very spacious. Cleanliness is okay. Good staff. Close to cafes. It's really good for jogging at Clark Quey River.

very uncomfortable because the room is very small and there is no place to store bags/clothes cooperatives and it is not balanced with the price of Rp. 1,700,000/night with a room with an area of only 10m2 and I feel cheated by the photos and images provided by Traveloka even though I took 2 rooms with five nights/day, it is possible that Traveloka already has many customers and orders so that they only think about profit and do not pay attention to comfort. Another violation, our family is very disappointed with our vacation. Actually, we still want to order a hotel room in Malaysia on January 1-January 5, 2025, but we are already disappointed so we cancel everything including the Singapore Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta flight on January 5, 2025

Got scammed! They said the room was being repaired, the AC was moved to a crappy sister hotel and it turned out the room price was very cheap. Only got a compliment of transportation to the airport. We were angry because the difference in the room price was very large, more than the airport transportation, but they didn't want to give a refund. Sad.
