The Hotel is easy to reach most beautiful places: Twin buildings, KLCC, and Pavilion are just walking distance.

Breakfast variety is lacking, others are good.

This was the only quad room available in the city during our selected dates. If you want to experience the charm of a classic hotel in the heart of the city, this is a great place to stay. There is a live band, and the hotel is within walking distance of other points of interest in the city centre and KLCC—perfect if you wish to enjoy a morning walk to KLCC Park. The staff name Lisa, was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our requests. The breakfast venue is lovely; it feels like having breakfast at your elegant tai-tai auntie’s house.

Location is good. 10 minutes walk to KLCC. LRT station is just across the road. Most of the hotel staffs are helpful & polite.

Many guests enjoy its location, staff and breakfast, but some point out older rooms and amenities could be significantly improved to better reflect a premium hotel standard. ‎ ‎The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance to Bukit Bintang/Bukit Nanas Monorail and not far from KLCC/Petronas Towers, Pavilion, and other attractions. ‎ ‎Rooms are described as clean, comfortable, and spacious by many guests. ‎ ‎Coffee amenities and toiletries provided do not meet 5-star expectations. The quality and selection were quite basic. ‎ ‎Some rooms feel dated or in need of renovation (older decor, carpets) ‎ ‎The mattress was not soft or comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. ‎ ‎Generally well-liked. Guests often praise the variety and selection of breakfast buffet options.But disappointed with the breakfast seating arrangement. Breakfast was conducted using a workshop-style concept, which felt crowded and uncomfortable, especially during peak hours. It did not match the expectations of a hotel breakfast experience. ‎ ‎Tqvm

Delicious breakfast, strategic location near KLCC.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and took the initiative to make guests happy by providing free upgrades. Perhaps after I told them about the 2-hour delay in the flight, arriving during heavy traffic hours and arriving in the late evening (6:20 PM), my mood immediately returned to normal.

Close to the Petronas Towers, which can be reached on foot.

Good hotel overall. The location is prime and the room was clean. However, the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear noise from the hallway

Concorde hotel is one of the best hotels when we stayed in KL Sentral with a very delicious breakfast and rooms facing the twin towers and being in the city center is the right hotel for a holiday in Malaysia.
