Late check in around 45 mins because the room was still being cleaned, considering the weekend was busy. The room was clean, comfortable and fragrant. Since we stayed with 1 toddler, the hotel was very thoughtful by providing a rubber bath mat. There is also a kids corner that is not too big but our toddler enjoyed it enough. For breakfast, the food choices are quite varied. The highlight is of course direct access to Mall Ciputra.

Furniture such as door frames and carpets should be replaced with new or more modern ones. The rotten wood of the door frame and some spots that are a bit old make it less comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, the facilities are very good, the breakfast is very very good.
