The hotel itself is in a very convenient location, especially for a short stay in Jakarta, but what really makes the difference is the people. I’d like to give a special mention to Erika from the hotel team. What I appreciated most was that Erika actually remembered me from my previous stay. It’s a small thing, but when you travel frequently, being recognised and welcomed personally makes a hotel feel very different. During this stay, she was incredibly helpful with arranging things for me, including my breakfast and other requests. I also had a massage arranged through her, and she made the whole process very easy. She was always responsive, polite and genuinely helpful without making it feel like she was just doing her job. One thing I really liked was that I never felt like I was being passed from one department to another. Erika took the time to help and follow up, which made everything much more convenient. The hotel is comfortable and convenient, but honestly, it’s the service that makes me want to return. Having someone who remembers you and genuinely cares about your stay is something you don’t always get, even at more expensive hotels. Thank you, Erika, for taking such good care of me during my stay. I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be back at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta the next time I’m in Jakarta. This happened to be my first time staying at the Ciputra Hotel with my children. It's close to home and easy to get everywhere. I stayed here to celebrate my child's birthday, and I requested a decorative mirror with a greeting card. Everything was perfect, and the hotel staff took care of it. And the best part was that my child received a birthday cake. The only downside was that the staff didn't help me sing it to him when I brought the cake. Overall, this hotel was a great stay. Thank you.

A hotel with a clear view of Jakarta. All the hotel staff I encountered were extremely polite and friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete, as described. Perfect Family Staycation! Stayed at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta with my husband and child, it was perfect! The room was clean, comfy, smelled good, and had such a warm interior that made us feel right at home. We got a lovely surprise as "Guest of the Day" with cake and a welcome note. The complimentary breakfast and dinner for two were amazing — the dinner was so delicious! Access to the private suite lounge made it feel so exclusive too. The service was so warm and family-friendly. A 4-star hotel that feels like 5-star. We were so impressed and will definitely come back again!

Great location, connected to the mall. Only one thing: the hotel probably needs refurbishment and renovation. Corridors look a bit dark, and the lobby didn't look neat. I didn't expect too much since I remembered clearly that this hotel was probably one of the grand hotels in the Grogol area during my university time. Overall, if you want to stay in an affordable Ciputra hotel connected to the mall with easy access to the airport, then it will be good enough.

The hotel was very nice and exceptional. It was also very clean. The key was a card, so there was no need to fiddle with the key.

The hotel is old, but it's well-maintained and beautiful. The breakfast menu is extensive and varied. For a vegan like me, there's plenty to eat. The breakfast is truly impressive, and I stayed here for 5 days with friends. It's directly connected to Ciputra Mall, which is fantastic, making finding dinner very easy, without having to travel far. We received a free room upgrade, which was truly an amazing experience. Thank you Hotel Ciputra. We will stay here again if we return to Jakarta.
