Avillion Port Dickson was a fantastic stay. Lots of activities for both kids, adults, and even senior citizens. Although our stay at the time had some renovations being held, I hope it is updated very soon. The rooms and some furniture need an upgrade indefinitely. Overall, it is a very cozy and pleasant stay.

The hotel needs an overhaul. It's a beautiful hotel, it's just old and needs extreme care. However, it still has an old resort charm to it if you ignore all the issues with it.

I booked a premium room but it's not worth the money because when I ordered food, they did not provide dining and sitting tables, and the Wi-Fi connection was unusable. The washroom water sink needs repair. Staff and breakfast were good service.

We visited Avillion PD to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had booked a basic water chalet. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a Premium Water Chalet (King) with sea view without any cost, which was truly wonderful. The chalet was very clean, and all facilities were in excellent condition. In the evening, we enjoyed the fire show—it was absolutely amazing and added a special touch to our stay. During both check-in and check-out, we were assisted by the same staff member, Ms. Zafirah. She was very friendly, always smiling, and provided clear and helpful explanations. Her service made our experience even more pleasant. I highly recommend this water chalet for guests of all ages. In today’s stressful lifestyle, this stay truly helped us relax—listening to the sound of the waves, enjoying beautiful sunsets, and hearing birds around us made us feel completely connected to nature. i would like to share some gentle feedback regarding the room, when we checked in we noticed that the room was dusty, and there were ants in several areas. since we were traveling with baby the cleanliness was quite important to us and unfortunately this affected our comfort a little. the mini fridge had an unpleasant smell. considering the high room rate did not match the standard we expected. overall the room & facilities seemed poorly maintained.

Very disappointed with the service at Avillion Port Dickson. I left a t-shirt in the room after check-out and contacted the hotel on the same day via email and WhatsApp. It's been over 7 days with no response at all. This shows poor communication and lack of responsibility. It also raises concerns about the honesty of the staff. Not the level of service you’d expect from a hotel like this.

My room got upgraded with a complimentary breakfast due to the unreadiness of my previous booked room. Unforgettable experience staying at the hotel with a masterpiece ambience and natural environment. Highly recommended resort! Kudos to the staff with fast action finding solutions. Thank you!

Overall OK. Near to beach, pool is okay. Lift must queue especially when checking out.
