Very disappointed with the service at Avillion Port Dickson. I left a t-shirt in the room after check-out and contacted the hotel on the same day via email and WhatsApp. It's been over 7 days with no response at all. This shows poor communication and lack of responsibility. It also raises concerns about the honesty of the staff. Not the level of service you’d expect from a hotel like this.

Have been staying here many times. The ambience and scenery were good.

All staff were friendly and helpful. I had some issues, but they were handled fast, promptly, and professionally.

Have been staying many times at Avillion PD. Have to wait in line a long time to check in because they only open two counters during peak hours.

My room got upgraded with a complimentary breakfast due to the unreadiness of my previous booked room. Unforgettable experience staying at the hotel with a masterpiece ambience and natural environment. Highly recommended resort! Kudos to the staff with fast action finding solutions. Thank you!

Overall OK. Near to beach, pool is okay. Lift must queue especially when checking out.

Great location, facilities and cleanliness considering it's beach front hotel but they maintain top notch clean environment. The thing they should improve is on the staff and service. Increase the number of staff especially during peak season.

Been here for many times. One of the healing spot in PD. The room is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Second time staying at this water chalet, last April 2019 and now September 2024. The room remains the same.. the important thing is to get rid of stress.

The staff are really friendly and attentive, environment is good and view also really nice but the room is old and worn out maybe it 's time for refurbishment.

We stay for 3N4D that was terrible with staff and services very slow, since we‘re came till before checking out only two staff were friendly and say hello. The pup at the terrace not cleaning for 3 days or perhaps more than years already stay there oh my God so smell 😤. They had a lots of staff but to servings many guests to their room only 1 person/staff and we've to wait 1 hour only for dishes 🤬. Second day the key room cards didn't work anymore and ask to staff for support and he gave ask his card and we've to wait our new key room cards for more than 3hours. To much rules and not allowed sign and specially for children, no place to relaxed. To clean the room you have to request and hanging the sign for “make up my room” even we've not at our room that sign. 👏. The price for that quality is non quality and far away from 4 star level hotel or resort.

a good hotel, there is a beach nearby and a slide for children, the whole thing is good. just maybe when I checked in there were many people, the room was a bit dirty, there were cigarette butts and my request for a single bed was not fulfilled

First time coming. I will repeat again❤️ all staff are very kind and friendly. Beautiful and clean place

the room price is RM500++, you can get a free dirty toilet like this + a dusty room... won't come again after this 👎🏻
