A hotel that I have long wanted to visit, thank God I had the opportunity because I had business. A hotel that is very suitable for various purposes, including family vacations.

Historical hotel in the heart of Surabaya with a great hospitality from all the staff.

The hotel is old but still very well maintained, although there is some furniture in the room that needs to be maintained or replaced.

A friend send food for breakfast, ask to send to room, but receptionist don't bother to call and let us know that we should pick up to the front desk ourselves.

Experience staying at this hotel: I like the ambiance and service here. I was given a delicious welcome cake. Really care about the guest experience at this hotel. Only the room phone near the bed was a little problematic. Other than that, nothing bad happened during my stay here. Thank you for upgrading the room and making my stay here enjoyable. Check in was fast greeted by the receptionist. Breakfast with a variety of Indonesian dishes was quite good, the staff was friendly. The security guard was quick to serve.

Hotel yang estetik dengan lokasi yang super strategis di tengah kota, pelayanannya ramah, kamar kamarnya vintage, makanan enak. Child friendly juga karena banyak taman di dalam hotelnya. Cocok untuk tamu dari luar negeri/luar kota atau yang sekedar staycation.

The location is very strategic, close to Tunjungan Plaza (crowd center). There is a plus point in being able to travel and learn history because this hotel was the former Yamato hotel at the event of the Dutch flag tearing.

The bedroom is spacious, clean, for example breakfast food cannot comment yet because the customer exc breakfast. Because I want culinary outside.
