I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially loved the live music at Centerstage and the band studio facilities, they made the experience truly unique and enjoyable. I would definitely love to come back again.

Trying Nyepi in Bali.. Looking for a nice hotel... It was a perfect fit to find Hard Rock.. I've stayed here several times.. From 2010 until now. The pool is unmatched... Comfortable rooms.. Cold AC... Awesome King Koil mattress.. The extra day bed is great for a family like mine. Got a family photo voucher... It's funny.. The food is the only thing I've complained about for a long time.. Too standard, and not enough variety...

This hotel is very close to Kuta Beach, besides there are lots of games in the swimming pool, the kids really like it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock, especially the excellent pool facilities, which kept the kids happy. However, we were a little disappointed that the playground was quite expensive and paid, and the breakfast menu was limited for a hotel of Hard Rock's caliber.

The pictures are just a piece of the adventure. Staffs are professional, accommodating, and friendly. The food is amazing, and the rooms are spacious, clean, with complete amenities. Definitely recommended for your Bali stay.

From check-in to check-out, everything was satisfying... the service was excellent... (lots of promotions from Hard Rock) You get one free photo taken by other paparazzi, but it's very expensive, 100,000 Rupiah per file... The Hard Rock Hotel Bali was definitely a satisfying stay.

Everything's fine. However, I have a correction: 1. TO THE RECEPTIONIST. Please ensure the number listed on the computer data matches the phone number the customer entered on the form the hotel requested. We were only able to check in at 4:30 PM because the staff sent the wrong WhatsApp message regarding room availability. 2. Please provide an umbrella at the security post. Due to the rainy season, the security post is far from the lobby, and not all guests use cars (Bali is congested. Cars = suffering from sitting for hours), and motorcycles are not permitted in the lobby.

Very comfortable stay at Hard Rock Bali, traveling with family (wife, 3 children aged 12, 10, 5 years old) sofa set up into an extended bed 2 children's beds and breakfast all can enter the restaurant... best hotel 👍👍
