The room was clean but the facilities were old.

The location is surrounded by foods, literally 110m from the bus stop. Also, there is a 7-Eleven nearby. Ibis as usual never disappoints about cleanliness. Very recommended!

A Pleasant Stay at ibis Budget Sapphire I had a pleasant experience staying at ibis Budget Sapphire. The check-in process was convenient and efficient through the mobile application. The reception staff warmly welcomed me and provided clear explanations about the hotel facilities. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. Although the bedroom space was somewhat limited, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The room was equipped with two clean large towels, a hair dryer, television, wardrobe with several hangers, glasses and an electric kettle, as well as amenities including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and liquid soap. Both the toilet and air conditioning functioned well. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at ibis Budget Sapphire.

Hello, I met Patrick, the receptionist, who was very helpful in checking me in after arriving late at night. The hotel is close to the bus stop, a 2-minute walk away. The nearest MTR station, Kallang MTR, is probably a 10-15 minute walk, but you can find a bus from the bus stop that gets you off at the MTR.

The location is only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. If you go to Kallang MRT, it is quite far, about 12-14 minutes walk. That's why I prefer to take the bus everywhere. The hotel does not provide mineral water bottles but the tap water is safe to drink (already meets Singapore standards) And the most favorite thing about this hotel is that there is a bidet 😊, something that is rarely found in other hotels in Singapore

The room is very clean, the staff are very nice. The location is okay, very near to bus stop. Booked room for 3 and the room was quite spacious as it can fit 6 of our luggages.

It's a decent walk to Kallang station, about 15-17 minutes. It's probably better to take the city bus.

The hotel staff is very friendly, we arrived at 7 am and were able to leave our luggage. There is a special room to put our luggage and were given a number by the staff before check-in at 3 pm. The room, although not that spacious, is comfortable, and surprisingly there is a bidet.

Clean and near a bus stop and a mosque. Also easy to find a shop nearby. Some shops are open for 24 hours. Nice area to stay.

Booked this for concert in National Stadium. We go to the venue by public transport cause it 's near bus stop. Going back approx 20-30 mins walking. So many food and cheap markets nearby. Staff is helpful and room also nice.

The location is strategic, close to bus station and many restaurants around. Walk to MRT about 15 mins. Walk to stadium around 20 mins. The room is small but clean & convy enough. Check-in and check-out process is easy, the staffs are friendly. This hotel has bidet (yeay!) But no fridge in the room. Overall it 's nice for few days stay with your friends or family (with bigger kids).

The Hotel staff offered me a twin bed; Hence I can checked-in exactly at 3pm. It 's acceptable. (They understood that I initially request for double bed) Room size and everything else is inline and consistent with reviews in the internet. Small-size room, but it is well accommodative for my purpose in SG. Water runs smoothly; Those with long hair, do not worry to wash your hair as the water pressure 's suffice. Small wash basin available in the bathroom. Not enough to put your toiletries, but you'll managed. AC was cool. Light is sufficient. TV is OK. Highlight: Close to two bus stations (both are walkable distance, although one is slightly farther); Several restaurants and seven eleven. Note that this is a budget hotel; Managed your expectations. Overall, thank youu Ibis Sapphire; Your team is great.

The front desk staff was kind and friendly. We arrived around 2 pm (check in should be on 4 pm) but they allowed us to do early check in without any additional cost. Location ' s also very convenient. Close to the Bus Terminal, only 3 minutes walk! Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance too. Will definitely come back whenever I visit Singapore. Thank you!

Nice place to stay. Theres MRT station & Bus station nearby. Very good.

The room and all the things inside is clean. Staffs are friendly. Hotel located near Singapore National Stadium, you can walk only about 15 minutes to get there, perfect for staying if you want to go see some concert. Food is easy to find too. And you can put your luggage in hotel after checking out, free of charges before midnight.
