4 star hotel feels like 2 star, just been here for the first time and the last time even if it's free I don't want to come here again, a dud hotel......, the facilities are better at OYO, the room smells, the carpet has lots of cigarette burns, the chairs have holes, the doormat has holes, the furniture is old, the TV uses an old decoder, the door handle opens upwards, the door key card has more errors than usual, the receptionist doesn't greet customers who come in a friendly manner, the service is annoying, cooking egg omelettes at breakfast takes a long time, the parking lot is narrow and there is no basement parking, the hotel is noisy with lots of noises from everywhere, customer comfort here is the last place, hopefully the management will change to someone who knows how to manage a good hotel, very very not recommended
