Staff was helpful with throughout guidance in WA. All the room utilities also work well from the wifi, water heater, etc It also clean with pretty pool scenery from 32 floor.

Supportive and friendly staff, allowed us checking in 1:30 hrs before the check-in time.

The room is clean, overall it's ok. It's just a shame you have to pay 40k for parking for a one-night stay 😆

Great experience to have a quick transit or just relaxing in a fully facilitated apartment. Walking distance to the mall. A lot of stores nearby. Clean and easy access when check-in/check-out. Great guidance from the owner by chat. For sure will come back if need some escape or transit room for Serpong or ICE BSD area.

The apartment's strategic location is very close to SMS Mall, just a short walk away. All the facilities are great. There's a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. My friends and I were satisfied with our stay here.

First time booking an apartment to stay with friends. So far the explanation is clear and even contacted directly for confirmation. Very fast response. There are 2 rooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Complete facilities with a TV that can be used for YouTube, drinking water is also provided, a refrigerator, even cutlery that can be used too. A fun experience to stay here.

lots of insects

For this price, it's better than a hotel. The admin's response was slow even though it was friendly. But the room, oh my god, has lots of insects 😭 lots of small cockroaches in the kitchen in the clothes cupboard, TV cupboard in the bathroom, it makes me feel unhygienic, it's not just one cockroach, it's a lot of small ones. Regarding the location of the facilities, it's okay. Small room size for that price. AC, WiFi, TV, everything is fine. It's just that the mattress isn't comfortable because the mattress is connected and yes, the cockroaches are annoying even though the facilities are good and complete, but if there are cockroaches, my God, the whole body will get goosebumps.
