It seems no one used the place and even not cleaned for a long time as there were many spiders and spiderwebs.

Great stay at accommodation in a unique location. For a perfect Dutch experience.

We loved staying outside of the busy Amsterdam area. Only a few suggestions. We didnt get the email that explained things for Euro Parc along with the park infornation. We didn't realize that towels weren't included, along with toilet paper and just regular supplies that usually are provided when we book through Hotels. Luckily we found a little grocery store to get tp and because after we dropped ofc our luggage didn't get in until later in the evening, the maintenance people helped find us towels. But that being said- it was wonderful, the views are beautiful, quiet, and the neighbors were so friendly. We loved the ducks and rabbits on the back steps every morning.

This place is perfect for local get away with family. Towels are not provided and you fix your own bedding and remove them when you check out. You also have to clean the place and put away your garbage. This accommodation is not good if you traveling outside the country . Check in is 4 pm beyond and check out is 10 am. Due to my husband health we able to vacate the place around 11 am and I have to pay 35 euros extra plus 17 euros for the rent of the towels. Traveling from California to all over Europe this place is the only accommodation I was not comfortable .

Was great value for money, however quite difficult to find for taxis and a bit of a trek to the bus stop. There were no bathroom towels despite the site saying there were. Presumed the ones we had to rent were for the pool only- I was wrong. But not too much of an issue just an extra expense we weren’t fully expecting. Other than that it was great! Lovely views, staff were friendly and the place was great overall.

Nice houses and surroundings, but construction nearby. Very helpful and professional staff. No towels provided as basic.

We had a townhouse with lots of space with a great view of the water. Was a little tired and needed a deep clean. Things like dirty gout in showers and broken fly screens ...Well equipped.The park itself was full of weeds and felt a bit unloved....we played crazy golf through the weeds! The app was hopeless and gave little or no info...said the restaurant was open till 8 (on the app and website) and we went at 7.20 to be told there was no more service (restaurant empty) and we needed to book...waiting staff didnt really care...doesnt say this anywhere...Reception staff doing their best but lots of complaints about general state of the place and cleanliness every time I went to reception. One major thing they could do is include towels...its 6euros for goodness sake....just add it in to the price of the room! I heard at least 3 people complain about this and we were only there a couple of days!

My child did not like the fact that he could not find the connection for the internet. But everyone else could. We liked the accommodation. We enjoyed the beach and pool. It was very peaceful until more groups came in and partied all night long. We wish would have noticed the screen for the doors on the backyard before our last day there.

We really liked our stay at EuroParcs, and I recommend!. The house was big, and very new. It felt like they were still building and improving the resort, but in general all went well. We didn't have any problems that other reviewers had with cleanliness or flies (visited in April). It's best to have a car and be self sufficient in terms of food and supplies -e.g. take hand soap and towels are not provided (they are at an extra cost. You also need to make and strip the beds, which is a hassle, but ok, and sheets are provided. There are two electric car charging ports, and I could use them with an app. It's fairly quick to get into Amsterdam with a car, and Edam is nearby too.

The location itself is beautiful. The house is nice, as it is newly updated. It’s very far from Amsterdam if you don’t have a car. There’s a bus stop right out front that does not work. They give you no hand soap, no hand towels and only one roll of toilet paper for 6 people. Body towels are 5€ per person. WiFi barely works in majority of the house.

Very nice place for families- Great Setup in rural Environment close to the sea, just about 15 minutes by car to Amsterdam city. We‘ll be back to this place in the near future.

The property is spacious. However, they asked you to put 250 Euro as deposit. If you follow their rule, it will be returned to you 10 business days after you check out. The thing that I do not like is that they only kind of providing one roll of toilet paper to a 4-washroom-property. No hand wash or soap on our first day arrived. I actually emailed the facility before our overseas trip if they provide these things, but they did not get back to me. We arrived at the property at night. It was a bit inconvenient. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen count top and dining table. We let them know the next morning. They did send someone to solve the problem. It would be great, if the staff could communicate better with us before our trip.

It's very peaceful, very friendly staff, beautiful property, very child friendly

It was a beautiful resort. Although, I booked based off of the price of €120 a night for 2 nights. After I had booked I was contacted by the resort to pay, via IBAN, the price of the 2 nights plus an extra €400 in fees and deposit. A 2 night stay ended up costing €500 once the deposit was returned. That is not what was promised through hotels.com. So be careful!
