Room was so so nice. It’s beautiful, clean anf comfortable, bed is so so so good especially the pillows. The view was so nice but the wifi is so slow

The hotel staff was friendly. We arrived during heavy rain and the staff allowed cars to come right up to the front of our room to drop off passengers and luggage.

all the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom are quite clean, the bbq service in the room is too little in my opinion 😂 but it's okay because everything is delicious, because it doesn't use bulk ingredients. so far I'm very happy staying here. suitable for families or those who want to honeymoon. if there is a chance I will probably come back here again. thank you 🫶🏻

Food quality = Please improve the cleanliness, because this is consumed and this happened during breakfast where there were caterpillars in the food. Room ambience = Not really soundproof, because it's a semi tent, so don't expect much, the tent also smells sour Ambience = If it blends with nature, it's okay, it's just that some places are not maintained so there are lots of spiders and things that look abandoned.

the bathroom has an uncomfortable smell, like the smell of the sewer coming back through the drain hole. the hotel atmosphere and staff are friendly, maybe because the timing was wrong when staying because at night it is very noisy there are motorbikes, firecrackers 😅

friendly staff, quick to help park vehicles and carry luggage when it rains, clean rooms, no musty smell, but for hot water you do have to wait a bit, and the swimming pool needs to be cleaned often because there are lots of leaves scattered around
