The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I stayed for two nights and received refills of mineral water and fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was home-cooked, but tasty and not disappointing. The location is on the main road, close to the harbor. If I visit BWI again, I'd stay there again.

The hotel is okay for a 3-star hotel, the staff is friendly and very helpful, requesting an extra bed is also possible for 100,000 Rupiah, requesting an extra breakfast for 25,000 Rupiah. It's very worth it for what you get. The location is also strategic, in front of the homestay there is a Madura food stall open 24 hours. It's also close to a delicious Ayam Betutu restaurant, you can just walk to it. Next time I go to Banyuwangi, I will stay here again. 😆😆😆

Overall, this accommodation is highly recommended. Clean Fragrant Neat Friendly service. Soft mattress. My suggestion for breakfast is to opt for a proper 15,000 Rupiah lunch box rather than a mediocre breakfast. The air conditioning isn't optimally cooling.
