The room facilities are quite good. Maybe the lighting in the room and bathroom can be improved, because it seems less bright. It would be more comfortable if the cleanliness of the bathroom was improved.

FO staff is very friendly and informative, check in at midnight but the staff is there, check out is also very easy. The room is clean and OK, for transit before crossing to Bali, highly recommended.

That rate shouldn't expect much, but it's really worth it if it's just used for resting. The location is close to the city center, the staff are friendly and very helpful. If you stay here, make sure the facilities you get, I was surprised that the standard room option didn't have a water cooker to make coffee or tea, but the staff said that if you need hot water for coffee or tea, just ask the reception and they'll make it for you and it's true, it's a bit of a hassle. Overall, it's okay to stay here, thanks 🙏

In front of the main road and close to the Ketapang crossing, the room is quite clean and the AC is cold

The location is close to Ketapang harbor, the room is quite clean although there are many peeling wall paints, clean mattresses, clean towels. But unfortunately there is no hot water for bathing and the shower water is very weak.
