Una bellissima struttura immersa in un piccolo parco, dal fascino country, un ottimo ristorante e una zona piscina pulita e piacevole. Altamente raccomandato sia per un soggiorno breve che lungo.

Very good value, good breakfast, there is a pool but overall it’s a no frills stay. Would recommend.

Breakfast is really poor with most cold items from fridge, the omelette looked like 3 days old and so hard. Had to eat it cold. No hot items except toast and the toaster can take 2 slices at a time and other people have to queue up to toast as it takes ages to warm up. There were hair on cake and inside a cup. There is one attendant at breakfast and at reception in late hours, anything you ask for, she will say NO. Lacks basic customer service skills. There is no public transport from the nearest station which is an hour by walk with climbing steep roads and there are no taxis at all in this area so good luck if you have no personal vehicle. Enjoy the cold hairy breakfast, walk miles to get there and then face the lady with a big NO to everything you ever ask for.. what else do want to enjoy a good holiday break? I am sure they will help you 😉

L'hôtel Tenuta Villa Colle Sereno à Montemarciano est une ancienne bâtisse formidable. Bien situé et dans un cadre très agréable. personnel accueillant parlant aussi bien français et forcement italien. Petit déjeuner typique italien. Chambre grande et propreté irréprochable.

Locaux propres mais avec la clim en état ça aurait été sympa.

Personale gentilissimo. Struttura un po’ vecchiotta, letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi affiancati. Colazione decente, ma in pratica solo cose dolci (fatto salvo per uova sode e prosciutto cotto). Adiacente a strada e dispositivi rumorosi, quindi non proprio rilassante.

Sehr ruhige Lage mit grossem Park. Sehr freundliches Personal und grosses Zimmer mit grossem Bad. Super Aussicht und gemütlich im Aussenbereich. Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung

Nettes Hotel in historischen Gebäude. Wir hatten dort nur eine Zwischenübernachtung. Das 4er Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Das Bad war neu und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück war nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück - typisch italienisch - mit vielen süßen Speisen aber auch pikantes wie Schinken und Käse. Nur eine bessere Brotauswahl wäre super.

sono stato con i miei due figli in camera tripla per una sola notte. Tutto molto pulito, con tutti gli accessori (ascigamani, saponi, ecc. ecc.) camera grande e confortevole anche in tre. manca l'aria condizionata (ed è stata una notte molto calda). L'esterno bellissimo, con parco e piscina. Veramente molto bello e ben curato. La prima colazione è decisamente migliorabile per quantità e qualità

Ho prenotato, all’ultimo momento, una camera matrimoniale la sera del 29 dicembre alle ore 21,20. Uscito dall’autostrada, è stato facile, ed in breve tempo, raggiungere la struttura, e nonostante fossi arrivato molto tardi, la proprietà ci ha accolto con la massima disponibile e gentilezza. Struttura bellissima villa antica con parco. Parcheggio annesso, camera accogliente con servizi perfetti. Colazione e personale ok. Ritornerò volentieri per viaggio di lavoro e/o di piacere. Grazie di tutto e Complimenti!!!!!
