The room had lots of cockroaches, breakfast had lots of ants.

Staying at Parkons Prime Hotel for an extra day was a real treat, especially with the kids. The hotel is comfortable to stay in.

The hotel is strategically located, right next to Dunkin' Donuts and across from a minimarket. There's a water dispenser in front of the room. There's a hair dryer and hair straightener.

Located on a corner, be careful entering the hotel as it's on a one-way street. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and there's a water dispenser near the elevator. There's a BNI ATM and a Dunkin' Donuts store. However, there's no attendant to assist with getting in and out of vehicles, even though the road leads to a busy road.

The room's cleanliness was very poor. Upon entering, there was water seeping from under the mattress, and there were small cockroaches. The walls could probably be repainted or wallpapered, as there was mold on them. The pool area also had a light fixture that had come loose from the wall and hadn't been repaired, which was very dangerous. For a 4-star hotel, the food was lacking in variety and taste was very lacking.

Stayed on May 22, 2026 in room 616. Check-in was around 10 PM. Entering the room, the room was very hot and dusty. Trying to think normally, maybe the room will cool down later. Waited 15 minutes, still not cool. Until finally called the receptionist. Only the second call was heeded, the engineering team came. The attached photo was taken at 11 PM when the engineering team just arrived. After being repaired, the AC still wasn't cold. The engineering team promised it would cool down in 20 minutes, but after 30 minutes the AC was still hot. Then we ordered an extra bed. We were asked to pay downstairs. We asked if we couldn't bring the EDC machine upstairs, the reason being that no one was guarding it. Poor the guest!! Finally we went downstairs while following up on our room. Assisted by Mr. Nobi. I asked how long it would take us to get a room confirmation, he answered 10 minutes because we had to confirm with management. After that we were offered a room change but a smoking room, helloooooo! None of us smoke! And in the middle of the follow-up, Mr. Nobi walked out, leaving us in the care of DW's son. Does Pakons train its staff to avoid complaints? Poor hotel!

Thank God, I had a great stay here and I highly recommend it to others. It's close to everything, so it's very comfortable.

Central location, easy access

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in/check-out. There was an incident where the room switch was electrocuted and I immediately reported it to the hotel and they immediately responded by offering to move to a room on the same floor & with the same facilities, thanks🙏

In the app it says river view, but when I checked in, all I got was a view of the roof tiles, huhu, sad 😥

Very strategic location to anywhere

I've stayed at Pakons several times, but this time I feel like the hotel has been downgraded. Starting from the room, there were no slippers, the room table was dusty, the water was cloudy at first (but then clear), the swimming pool was dirty (lots of dead insects, even lots of dirt like hair), the pool glass was opaque and never cleaned, there was no welcome drink, the aquarium was in a state of many dead fish, I didn't even see security when parking, checking in until checking out. The staff were all friendly, except the receptionist when checking in, there was no thank you even when I said thank you she didn't answer. Please Pakon management improve. Thank you...
