TV error, room key is hard as if it's rusty

Hello... We are very disappointed with the facilities provided, please improve the OYO management. Why? Very far from the photos offered on display. The price is indeed in the range of 250-300 thousand per night but it's not this bad either. The mattress blanket towels are dirty, not sure if they are clean because there are still stains. The sofa has cigarette butts and dirty stains. The TV is just attached, even if you ask for it, you won't be given a remote so it can't be used. Don't expect to get sandals, toiletries such as soap, toothpaste, brushes, etc. because they are not provided. There are only 2 functioning elevators, so imagine with floors up to 30, the wait can be 30 minutes too. It's a shame to have such a good view but the accommodation is not maintained.

Ouch, please fix it!! The photos and the real thing are very different, the lights are dim, the floor is sticky, damp, the toilet is dirty, the closet is clogged, it has to be flushed, basically it's very different from the photos, it looks scary. There are worms in the toilet too, please don't be fooled by the photos, I'll check out right away. Creepyy

The room is a bit damp, but it's okay.

For inadequate facilities, there is a TV but it doesn't work, there is no wifi, there is no gallon of water provided, there are no amenities, there is no kitchen to boil water or anything, the rooms are dirty and there are 2 bedrooms but one of them is empty and the lights are off so it's a bit scary.

This is the first time I've felt the horror of the room, ☹️

It's dirty, no towels, no TV remote, no soap or toothbrush.

The view is nice and the place is really a shame the sheets are a bit less clean. But everything else is good and satisfying.

The staff was really helpful they are very accomodating.

Very comfortable. The location is good, near the complete mosque, there is an Alfamart with lots of snacks from morning to night, on the edge of the hotel.

The place is actually clean, for this price, don't expect much more, the air conditioner in the room can't be turned on, the TV doesn't have any channels, but that problem actually doesn't really affect it, but the mattress has a lot of bed bugs so it's always difficult to sleep all night, overall it's pretty good. For that price you can get a good view. But in the future, please pay more attention to mattress cleanliness 😭.

So far ok, stay 2 nights at Panoramic. Just waited a long time for the lift and then the lift shook a bit too.
