Good place to stay in Tordesillas

The shower was not usable. Very weird set up.

It was a mostly decent hotel for what we paid.

Reception adequate but could be more enthusiastic

Absolutely beautiful place. Big room, lots of space and super clean. I highly recommend this gem of a place.

We’ve stayed at tordesillas before but found the museum for the first time this visit. We were welcomed with cava and local biscuits.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that distinctly lacked professionalism and basic amenities. my experience was overshadowed by numerous glaring issues, paramount among them being the diminutive beds and the absence of air conditioning, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. The beds were not only small but also uncomfortable, offering little reprieve after a day of travel. This was exacerbated by the lack of dining options, forcing guests to venture out for meals, only to return to a room swarming with flies To say the staff was unhelpful would be an understatement. The predominant attitude was one of indifference, if not outright rudeness. Requests for assistance were met with disregard, leaving guests to fend for themselves in less-than-ideal conditions. Most disturbingly, interactions with the hotel manager were not just unprofessional but racially discriminatory. A simple inquiry about the lack of air conditioning resulted in unwarranted insults and an attempt to evict me from the hotel. The manager's declaration that he is unfazed by the opinions of booking agencies is alarming and raises serious concerns about the establishment’s commitment to customer service and hospitality ethics.

I did a last minute booking and arriving was all perfect. Room was very clean, good shower and comfortable bed with good pillows.

Friendly staff, central hotel which being dog friendly suited our stay for the night.

Very clean & well maintained hotel but grumpy staff (not helped by our lack of Spanish), very hot room & uncomfortable bed made it a poor experience for us.

The claim when booking that there is air-conditioning is false. There is not. It was too hot for us in a room in the roof space which made sleeping difficult.

Hotel very badly soundproofed, and mattresses of poor quality. Nevertheless, the managers are very hospitable and helpful.

The owners were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us despite being completely booked and having a mixup from Orbitz on the reservation. We booked a Queen Room with and extra bed for 3 people. (charged an extra $17 for the 3rd person on Orbitz). The reservation came across as 1 person without any of my requests showing on their end. Despite that, they took good care of us at the hotel. Both husband and wife only speak Spanish. Both were personally engaged in helping us out. Our room was small and their is no air conditioning, but it was a conveniently located and we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff. Hotel room was very small and the air conditioning was broken which made for an uncomfortable night as weather extremely hot at time of visit.

Hotel muy acogedor y del estilo del pueblo, desayuno muy bueno y la señora que lo lleva encantadora y muy atenta. Bañera de hidromasaje de la junior suite espectacular. Si volvemos repetiremos en el mismo seguro!

El hotel más ruidoso en el q he estado, imposible descansar.Las instalaciones muy viejas y la habitación con mucho polvo.
