Pro- Retro palm beach vibe, free valet, great location to beach, publix, quaint shops, and dining . Appreciated that early check in granted!! Negative- musty smell, bed uncomfortable, pillows terrible, very minimal drawers for clothing storage cheap decor touches, stained carpet and drapes , (researched other units in building and they had nicer decor , may have just been this unit as they are individually owned)

I really enjoyed my stay, my room was beautiful. I was very comfortable. I look forward to my next time thank you.

I called the host a couple of times about the toilet not working and did not hear anything back. I also called them 3 times about some items that I left in the room and did not even get a response confirming they checked as they said they would.

The room was clean and had a fridge and a microwave. It was nice but I could not find a coffee shop or nearby shopping.

It was the first time I’ve ever stayed any place that I had to take out my own garbage before I left and when I asked them for Kleenex, they said they couldn’t get it for me.

Perfect location to enjoy all that both Palm Beach and West Palm have to offer for food, beaches and entertainment!

It was a great location, parking is a little difficult. They have complimentary valet but it was always full. I had to work hard to get a parking placard. When I did it expired in the middle of my stay. This placard allows you to park a few blocks away. Not ideal for quick coming and going. You can park overnight on the street though so I just made it a point to leave and be gone all day. Walkable shops and coffee and beautiful area. I felt safe which was my main goal.

Nice place. No restaurants close for family dining. The walk to the beach was much longer than we had expected. The condo was very nice, however there was no dishwasher, washer or dryer. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The hours are dawn to dusk and strictly enforced. We had granddaughters with us that would have enjoyed evening swimming. Overall this is a beautiful old building and a nice place to stay.

The property had a good location. It was close to the beach and dining options. Parking, even with the building valet was rough. At times, they couldn't find a spot for you. All employees were super nice and helpful. The room was very outdated. If you turned on the air-conditioner and dehumidifier at the same time, you blew the power strip. There were only a couple of outlets in the room. It did not have a cooktop or oven to use. It was very clean though.

I really love staying here. Each room is a condo unit so they are all different. Although my room wasn’t that great in terms of finishes, I don’t care because you can’t beat the price. The building itself is old and beautiful. It’s in a really great location, very close to the prettiest grocery store ever. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants. I’ve stayed here twice and the first room was much nicer. The last one could use an update in the bathroom on the grout and overall decor but it still had all the necessities for a great stay. The bed was fantastic. I’m not super picky and wanted a good rate so it was perfect for me. Concierge and valet are very nice too.

The review was already posted. Hotel/condo was fine. Location excellent. Fans and blinds were buggy; They didn’t work. Poorly stocked kitchenent . No phone. No cutting board No serrated knives No microwave

Overall the room and everything was somewhat clean, but the pictures of the hotel/room make everything look a lot nicer than it actually is. We also would have liked more communication about what came with the room… did not know there were beach chairs until we were leaving. Our shower did not work when we first got there, however maintenance happened extremely fast and they were very friendly.

Beautiful historical hotel where some rooms have been turned into small condo rentals. The name on the hotel is The Palms which was a bit confusing. Room was very well done as far as decorating, good bed, small table with 2 chairs and small kitchen. Our only problem was the parking which we didn’t understand until it was communicated the day before our stay. There is limited street parking from 5pm to 10am after which you have to move your car or be ticketed. There is a valet service unless it is full. This is in a very nice section of Palm Beach. The only negative is the parking.
