Petugasnya kurang ramah, AC nya panas, gak dikasih pindah kamar.

Resepsionis kayak ngajak ribut, ga ada ramah ramahnya sama sekali. Ga ada di kasih penjelasan sama sekali + waktu di tanya cuma jawab seadanya pake nada jutek mana maen hp mulu. Ga mau natap ke tamu. Pokoknya jangan mau ke sini.

The service is bitchy, not friendly, 1 star. Next time try to be more friendly with guests, fortunately it wasn't me who was staying alone.

Good service, comfortable and safe

Menginap di sini awalnya agak sulit mencari lokasinya karena ternyata tidak ada tulisan oyo nya, seperti di tempat lain. Setelah berhasil menemukan, service nya juga kurang memuaskan, seperti lama dalam mempersiapkan, lalu setelah kunci kamar diberikan pun, ternyata kamar tersebut sudah ada penghuninya, untung saya tidak dimaki-maki dan setelah masuk kamar, sangat diluar ekspetasi, tidak sesuai foto, barang-barang tidak terawat sehingga membuat saya tidak bisa tidur, hanya 2-3 jam akhirnya kebangun lagi karena memang tidak nyaman. So, menurut saya zonk lah saya menginap di sana.
