I booked 2 nights, but the hotel did not clean the room or provide additional items for me after night 1.

The owner is so nice 🥹. Everything is good from the service attitude, amenities, price... Next time I come back to Da Lat, I will definitely visit the hotel again.

Đối với việc đi du lịch thì một chỗ để ngủ là đủ nhu cầu rồi. Chủ yếu là mình sẽ đi chơi, chụp hình nên thời gian trải nghiệm khách sạn không có nhiều. Nhưng đối với bản thân mình thấy ở Tuấn An có một trải nghiệm rất hài lòng. Được thoải mái, chỗ ở sạch sẽ, tiện ích đầy đủ. Ở trung tâm thành phố mà giá cả phải chăng. Nhân viên thì niềm nở, lúc về còn nhiệt tình kéo vali giúp mình ra xe. Mình ấn tượng tới phút cuối.

Room as shown. Very new and clean. I rent a room at the end of the row with window view quite like. Staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel has motorbikes for rent and it is quite convenient to move to the center of Da Lat as well as other attractions. My wife and I are extremely satisfied here
