Dirty room, candy wrappers on the bed, assuming the sheets weren't changed. The doormat is also terrible, dirty and torn. Stuffy room. Dirty toilet, crust everywhere. It looks like an old unit and has never been maintained by the owner/manager. If it were me, I would never stay again even if it was given for free

It's really great for those of you who are looking for a cheap apartment so you can share it with your friends hahahahaha very satisfying. The only downside is the parking because the apartment is a bit cramped 😭💔

Dirty bathroom, broken bed, dirty sheets, room smells of cigarettes, for an apartment at this price it should be cleaner, the staff, Mr. Agus, is friendly & quite helpful👍

Got a unit on the 5th floor no. 8 with a swimming pool view. At first I was hesitant when I saw the 7 reviews but because it was last minute I just took the plunge. What can I expect for this cheap price? It turned out to be good, clean, fragrant, neat, no cockroaches. The AC is also cold, complete equipment, stove is ok, there is water. Oh yeah, the officer is friendly. I can repeat booking again later.

the first time I came, I found a cuckoo, the AC was not cold when it was turned on, only the wind and the AC SMELL, I don't know how long it hasn't been serviced, the TV said there was still interference / error, it couldn't be used at all, it was free, I paid less cleaning fee, the AC wasn't even cold It's just the wind and that's the smell, the TV doesn't work because of the disturbance from the previous guests before it restarts (There's only one reason, the cutlery doesn't sneeze, the toilet smells on the edge, there's yellow cake from people's ex-bockers.... I won't go there in a hurry..... where's the cake to try?

The room was smelly and uncomfortable and there were no facilities, at least there wasn't a refrigerator, the accommodation was terrible.

The room smells and the facilities cannot be used, such as the refrigerator is provided but it is dead and the stove cannot be turned on, including the remaining gallon of water, it's not a problem, but if you turn it on, the lights go out and it makes you uncomfortable because of the smell.

Untuk menginap saja sih pas buat yang sama keluarga lebih dari 5 orang. Sayang gasnya tidak bisa dinyalakan dan water heaternya kadang panas kadang tidak. Pemandangan nya lumayan bagus karena kebagian lantai atas.

Pelayanannya baik, cuma kondisi ruangannya kurang bagus, kurang bersih, penjaganya juga engga bisa matikan otomatis AC, jadi AC setiap beberapa jam sekali mati. Wastafel cuci piring kotor. Kalo kita tidak menanyakan gas kompor, mereka tidak mediakan ya. Kalo untuk menginap semalem masih oke, tapi untuk staycation ini sangat buruk. Saya memberikan bintang baik karena pelayanan ya, tidak tuntuk ruangannya.

Not as expected, like not in an apartment but a flat. The unit is smelly and dirty. The bathroom, bed was really dirty, the sheets looked like they had been used and not replaced, there was hair on the pillow. Anyway, it's very disappointing that it doesn't match the price. Already booked 3 more units, but because it wasn't comfortable, finally moved to look for another apartment.

The room I stayed in did not match what was posted and what was in the application, which was disappointing.

It's dusty, noisy, hot and the walls are damp, making it uncomfortable with the card to access the lift and there's also an error so you go up the stairs.

The place is comfortable, safe and good for staying overnight if you want to walk around Bandung.
