clean rooms, strategic location of the hotel near where to eat and the mall.

It's strange, the restaurant says the gate is closed until 11 o'clock. The hotel says it's open 24 hours, which please give it to me.

Highly recommended, friendly reception, clean rooms, strategic location.

The place is pleasant, the room is clean, does not smell, makes sleep soundly. looking for food is not difficult, in front of the room there is a cafe bar.

Next time I will book this hotel again

No warm water for shower. We booked with breakfast but their record show no breakfast but was sorted out later.

Book a breakfast room, right at the hotel, it isn't claimed, claimed until debate, after the owner comes to be given breakfast.

Breakfast included the price includes breakfast, apparently at the inn without breakfast.

Room readiness does not exist according to the booking termat which includes breaksants apparently can not be lousy.

The room is okay, but we got a different bathroom floor from the photos. A bit crusty but worth for that price 😄

Breakfast fried rice at 25,000 cash.

Once arrived at the location, the room was still not ready, but thankfully another room was lent to wait for cleaning. Drinking water can only be 1 bottle of the smallest, the TV picture is unclear, the bed linen is not clean, the bathroom must be closed so that insects do not enter the ventilation. Had tried the food there, it was strange but sour vegetable taste was not sour, more like a clear vegetable Java, buy pecel, eh seasoning gado-gado. Maybe different cultures different dishes.

Highly recommended to stay here because it facilitates activities while in Mataram, easy access and affordable prices for all people with amazing facilities!

No hot water. Bad air circulation.

Strategic place, friendly service, spacious rooms, air conditioning, smooth WiFi, only non-smooth TV channels.

No coffee / tea maker in the room as mention at site. No TV channel, it have 2 Chanel with very blur picture in. Only good thing about this property is cleaned room and quite a big bed. People who like quite place should not book this hotel. Noisy from the staff and the road. Hope management could aware of that to increase the number of guests. Good luck!

The room is clean, tidy and the receptionist is also friendly.
