I came at night, there was only security, the service was really unpleasant, with a sour and unfriendly face like he had just lost a judo game, when I arrived I was immediately invited to the room and it turned out to be a really scary room with a horror aura, not like in the photo, like lots of sounds of footsteps walking even though I was the only occupant. It's enough to stay here once, thank you

The staff is friendly, but the room is a bit bad, the bed is not comfortable and hard.

The room is luxurious, unfortunately it doesn't have Wi-Fi and amenities, but it is close to Juanda and Dipati Ukur.

Have stayed here twice with friends, always satisfied because the room is nice, clean, and spacious. Hopefully next time I go to Bandung I can come here again. Top service, super friendly & helpful.

I came with my family (plus one daughter). Our room was on the 3rd floor, this accommodation is a town house type. Honestly, we had difficulty going up to the 3rd floor with large suitcases and narrow stairs. When we arrived at the room, we were immediately disappointed because it was not clean at all. There was clearly male fluid left on the linen that had not been washed clean. The water in the bathroom was not running smoothly, we had to wait a while for it to flow. The residents on the 2nd floor were noisy and it was clear to hear what they were talking and laughing about. In the middle of the night, I woke up with the smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room. We didn't know where it came from. The butts were at the entrance on the 1st floor. We ended up only staying one night out of 2 there.

Be careful who stay here. Don't let what happened to me happen. I spent the night (28-29-12-24) with my wife and children. Suddenly someone wanted to enter the room at dawn around 4:35. Luckily I woke up immediately when the person opened the door (and luckily the door made a sound when it was opened), and the person immediately closed the door again when he saw me awake. Because my sleeping position was right in front of the door. And the door was immediately locked again by the person. (When I opened the door, the door was already locked again). That means there was a spare key that was used

The room is spacious, but the floor is dusty, the sheets and pillow cases are stained. The TV can't be used, and there are no bottled drinks. Even though for the price of 300, you can provide at least bottled drinks if there is no tea water heater.

Towels are not available, ask the receptionist to wait until morning, the AC is not cold.

Stay here often, because the kids love it.

Close to Bandung zoo, monument of struggle, dipatiukur, geology museum, close to indomaret, across the hotel there are many snacks. I have stayed at Hi Quality twice, I will stay again. The price of accommodation is friendly, the room is spacious, children can play, most happy in the lower unit.

The room is very spacious, the view from the balcony at night is good, hot water is smooth, there are many cupboards but you have to be careful when opening them. Near ITB, there is a car park.

The hotel staff was very helpful during check in.
