Check-in was in the afternoon but the towels weren't ready, they said they would be delivered to the room after Maghrib prayers, but they hadn't been delivered until 6:30 PM and I had to go there myself. Room L3 on the 3rd floor was quite hot, the AC was working but because it was on the top floor, the AC wasn't positioned strategically so the air in the room remained hot.

Okay, the AC is quite cold even though it's located at the end, and the hot water is strong. Unfortunately, you have to request a doormat, and the floor is a bit dusty. Perhaps it could be swept and mopped again before guests arrive.

I got a room on the third floor. The advantages were the spacious room, cool AC, clean bathroom and toilet, and the location was close to Dago and a minimarket. The disadvantages: the room wasn't soundproof, so if guests on the first or second floor were noisy, they would definitely be heard. The staff wasn't very friendly. The TV didn't work.
