Not good enough. When I wanted to check in at 22.00 WIB, the room was not yet available.

Not recommended to stay. Hot water is off. Dirty bed cover. Small water.

Even though I ordered a suite room, the door handle to the room was broken, the bathroom door was also broken and couldn't be locked. The bed cover was dirty, not soundproof (the sound of the highway horn could be heard clearly), the hot water didn't work, there were lots of mosquitoes, the wifi was really slow, I wanted to order breakfast but the hotel cafe only opens at 9 or 10 * why? This is for breakfast, not lunch :), parking access is very risky (very steep and there is no space to the highway). Sorry to say, worst hotel ever! As input for the owner, please do Quality Control regularly.

Nyaman, luas, ramah, dan sejuk.

Foto yang tertera berbeda dengan kamar aslinya, lebih sempit. Tapi its ok stafnya ramah. Ada teras luas dengan bangku dan meja, jadi enak buat nyantai gak perlu di kamar terus. Untuk orang yang sensitif ada sedikit bau apek.

Lokasi dekat dengan Tugu berastagi dan pusan makanan. Suasana sejuk juga. Asri. Walaupun di pinggir jalan. Tapi saya nyaman masih merasa keheningan.

Keluhan yang sama dengan komen-komen sebelumnya. Masalah air di hotel itu sangat parah! Tamu yang pengen buang air di malam hari, tidak bisa dikarenakan air yang dimatikan dari pihak hotel. Dan tamu disuruh untuk nahan buang air sampe keesokan paginya dikarenakan air telah dimatikan dari pihak hotel. Dan kata salah satu karyawan hotel, itu sudah jadi peraturan dari pihak hotel untuk matikan air di malam hari. Bayar kamar hotel sampe 500-an ribu tapi fasilitas yang di dapat kayak nginap di gubuk 100-an ribu! Cukup sekali & terakhir kalinya nginap di situ. Habis tuh bye!

Low cost, thus we managed our expectations. Thank God for Indo Maret/Alfa Mart stores nearby. The hotel staff helped buying things we needed: Toilet paper, drinks & breakfast supplies. We rented a car & driver to go places and came home very tired; Could fall asleep fast, despite the noise from busy traffic on the street. Found a cheap laundry place also nearby. It was a good experience for 25 year old minds. Need to save money.

Nb: if you want to stay at this hotel, never eat at the restaurant next to the hotel because the food provided is not worth it (not worth it). Hopefully this review will help friends who want to stay at the hotel / newcomers really hope that this hotel will improve its cleanliness and hotel quality. We really hope the photos are in accordance with the current situation.

The receptionist is impolite and not recommended.

Clean rooms n smooth wifi. But the electricity would not come and the hot water wouldn't work either. So at night I shiver with cold.

Couldn't sleep because of cold and karaoke noise.

Location is good. Room services and facilities are too ordinary, not according to the price.

Air panas nya tidak ada. Airnya juga kadang ada kadang gak ada. Kamar serta kasur bantal nya tidak bersih (kotor) dan banyak bercak-bercak. Serta tv nya tidak berfungsi. Menurut saya tidak nyaman.

The rooms are dirty, there is no water, the rooms are small. Like an inn. Worse, there is no water. Not at all recommend for this hotel. Sorry sorry. Yes, it's cheap, but don't destroy the facilities.
