stayed for 2 days but booked from 2 platforms, the first receptionist's room info wasn't on my booking list, I almost had trouble contacting Traveloka, but after checking with their partner, it was there, this is terrible, they even used the info, why book with different people, change plans, it's up to me, then they used the info because we booked for 2 days from different places, we had to check in twice, meanwhile my friend said it wasn't necessary, very disappointing!!
