Everything was perfect! Loved the washer and dryer, and full kitchen. We had everything we would have needed. This is our second stay at this property, and we will definitely be back!

This was an excellent property for our party of 9 -- sufficient beds and bedrooms for all. The rental was only minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Full kitchen facilities, dining table, and living room. The apartment allowed us to tour many sites in greater the Reykjavik area. The apartment was clean, safe, and check-in/check-out was convenient.

A well located large house to explore Reykjavik and surrounding area. The bedrooms are spacious and we all slept well. The 2 shower rooms are decent. Showers are hot and powerful. The kitchen is small but mostly well equipped. The only mugs were small espresso cups which was a shame as we like a cappuccino and mug of tea. The WiFi is fast and reliable. TV and Bluetooth speaker very good. Cleanliness could be better - most things looked clean, but it needs a deeper clean. For example, something fell down the back of the sofa so we lifted up the cushion and it was really messy underneath!

The apartment was very nice and is highly recommended for two people (see below). It was light and had an open feel. There are very good cooking facilities. It is somewhat outside of Reykjavík centre and so car is needed. The main downside is that there are no blackout blinds in the bright living area where the large sofa bed (for person 3 & 4) is located. So if you are planning to come in May - July (when Iceland never gets properly dark), then I would only recommend the apartment for two people - unless your person 3 & 4 are able to sleep when the night-time sun is out.

The apartment (201) was very impressive and modern. It had everything we needed and more. The apartment was warm and homely, with all the comforts of home. There was nothing missing that we needed at all. The floor to ceiling windows enabled us to see some fantastic views. The balcony was an added bonus which again allowed us to watch an explosion of fireworks on new year eve, an incredible sight. Icelanders definitely know how to celebrate !! The was a bus stop just outside which we used regulary and was just a short 10min ride into town. All in all a highly recommended stay,I would not hesitate to return to Om Apartments and would absolutely recommend. As a footnote I would add that apartment 201 was facing the city for great views and not underneath another apartment.

Excellent place to stay for the beginning of our Iceland trip. We booked the night before since i flight got in early, and the self checkin was easy to access. Perfect location - just a few minutes from downtown Reykjavik, with free parking, and even has water views! The apartment was super clean, and had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook many meals. All of the stores are really close (Kronan, Bonus, etc.) for food, etc. and this place was a good home base for seeing everything nearby.

Clean and spacious apartment. Everything in working order. Drive to downtown is about 10 minutes and very easy. Only complaint we had was the pull out couch in the living room is flanked by huge glass windows and since its summer the blinds were inadequate to block out the light. Was tough for the people sleeping on the couch to get to sleep. The bedroom was quite and dark.

The stay at OM apartments is awesome. It is clean and all the amenities are there. The host is very nice and responded promptly for all our needs. Only comment is it could have been nicer and helpful if they leave clear instructions on how to operate appliances. I had problem with drying clothes and after struggling for two days, I contacted the host and she said we have to empty the tank on the dryer. After I did it, I had no issues. In US we do not have that technology so I wouldn't guess in a million years that I have to empty water of the dryer's tray. Anyway, overall the stay is very comfortable. I would rent it again if I have to go back.

Great location if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to downtown Reykjavik which is only 8 minutes away. We had a rental car so it was really nice to be able to park right in front of our apartment without paying any parking fees. The apartment was spacious for our family of four. Love that the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We cooked breakfast every morning and used the pans they provided. We were out most of the day exploring gorgeous Iceland so we cared mostly about the noise level, comfortable beds, bathroom, and darkness in the rooms. The sofa bed was fairly comfortable however the biggest drawback to our apartment was the missing vertical blinds in the living room. It was necessary to wear a face mask as the sun set after midnight and rose at 3am and even then it wasn’t very dark. The sun pouring thru the living room for the two of us on the sofa bed prevented us from getting a good night’s rest. If they could get replacement blinds for the three blinds that were missing, then we would have given a better review. Overall, it was a good apartment for our stay and would stay there again if the vertical blinds were fixed.

Easy to get inside the property. The entire apartment had heated flooring which was a surprise for us. The location was perfectz everything was a maximum 15 minute drive or a 30 minute walk. Anytime i had a question i texted the host and she responded very quickly. Having all the amenities was great and also a little extra was nice such as extra bedsheets

The apartment is very nice but we had difficulty getting in and the owner was not available by phone all day. No instructions were provided which door to use and where the key lock boxes were located. Check-in instructions and policies provided by owner were different than those on Hotels.com

Very clean and spacious! Only complaint is that the shower was very messy as it didn’t contain the water from spilling out of the shower area.

Wonderful home away from home! Communication was great. 10-15min into downtown Reykjavík, easy parking, quiet neighborhood, full kitchen, 1 full pullout sofa, 2 twin beds and a washer dryer! Apple TV and can stream others. So great. Could stay here longer next time and explore the area from this home.

Great apartment- loads of space for the 9 of us and great amenities. Very comfortable beds and great TV- handy to have Netflix etc. Bus stop just across road and took about 15 to 20 minutes to city centre and about a 15 minute walk to nearest supermarket. Highly recommended
