Just impeccable service, from check into check out. The front desk was so lovely and accommodating and helped me sort out transportation to the airport, up to the lake an even through an Expedia side snafu. Honestly, some of the best hotel service I've had anywhere in the world. The grounds are like a little oasis in the middle of the city. You would never guess you had the bustle of Antigua right outside. All the rooms are comfortable and bright and clean and quiet. There are sitting areas that are inviting to spend time in. The breakfast was delicious. I'm an incredibly light sleeper and slept like a baby here. Everything was perfectly central and easy to get around to. I am so glad that I stayed here

This hotel is so pretty!! You can walk to every place that is important in Antigua!!! The beds are hard... but other than that, this hotel is amazing!!!

Beautiful hotel but I did not like the room we got a lot. The courtyard and the sitting area are too cute and homely. We stayed on night and the next morning the water went out but the hotel couldn't do much about it. We ended up checking out as it is since we had a 9:30 tour scheduled.

Beautiful museum like and breakfast was good .

The property was well maintained and very private. Erik at the front desk was great along with the whole staff Derek, Bryan, Alex. I would highly recommended staying here the breakfast was fantastic and everything is with in walking distance.5 stars.

This hotel was beautiful and immaculate, The beds were comfortable and a nice retreat after hiking Acatenango. Definitely walk around and appreciate the garden and the decor. The staff were amazing, kind and spoke English (which was bonus as our Spanish is not that great. We were welcomed with kindness and a warm towel. and a refreshment! If we had time, we would have taken advantage of the massage offer. Hope to come back soon. This place is truly spectacular.

A spectacular stay is what we experienced at Las Cruces Boutique Hotel. The service from all staff was exceptional! The Master room #8 was the absolute best room we could imagine. The architecture and design, including many artifacts both in and out of the rooms were enjoyable. The included breakfast was divine. If you have extremely high standards for cleanliness and service, this hotel is for you! If you thrive on hot showers and comfortable beds, this is your place! The walkable surroundings were an added bonus because shopping is on the same street on which this boutique hotel is located.

There is an included breakfast which is really nice. Our room #11 had a view of the volcano. The worst thing about this place is having to leave!!!

This has to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the tremendous service from the staff along with the overall condition of this 11 room boutique hotel you will not be disappointed! My wife and I had a wonderful stay.
