Long term stay hotel. No frills but you can get a hot shower, bathroom was clean, beds comfortable and hotel and the are around was safe.

Staff were lovely but the bathrooms need a deep clean or re grouting. Floors need replacing in the room and they were dusty.

In general a good hotel. Clean, comfortable, practical location, and good room service. The only comment is for the management, they don't allow check-in unless the entire due amount is paid in advance.

Not as clean as advertised

We are really having good times here, ad we will extend our reservation for 5 more days :) Everything here is great. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. There are great restaurants nearby. It costs us SR 246/night+ tax. You won’t find such a hotel in this condition (breakfast included) for this price.

The stuff were rude and not helpful, the breakfast was bad. But the hotel was clean and good location

The hotel is great in terms of cleanliness, but in terms of quiet it is very very bad, where every morning you hear the sound of the vacuum cleaner as well as the sound of the car in the street, as well as the people around you! The view of the hotel is great, but sleeping is like a nightmare

Helpful, polite staff at the reception. Spacious, clean and comfortable suite. Strong wi-fi, great air con. Good location. Late check out and very nice breakfast spread.

food quality (some items looks like they have been recirculated from prior day-s-), the internet was down for days, how staff talk to each other (rude, vulgar at times)

Their breakfast was horrible. The servers would not listen,were trying to run away from problem instead of listening. wifi was very weak.

كانت إقامة رائعة ...موقع الفندق ممتاز بالقرب من الكورنيش ..مناسب للعائلات ...نظيف جدا ....الموظفين متعاونين ...بالقرب من الفندق توجد العديد من المطاعم ...مواقف السيارات داخل مبنى الفندق ..

متاسف جدا ان احدثكم عن اخر مره كانت التجربه سيئه جدا وغير مناسبه للاطفال بسبب لا يوجد سرير اضافي ووجدنا صعوبه بنوم الاطفال .. ارجو توفير سرير للاطفال كونه الفندق جميل ومريح و موقع مناسب
