The hotel was welcoming, warm and comfortable with a generous breakfast. Lots of easily accessible facilities nearby including the amazing pool complex.

Perfect stay. Very friendly staff, helpful with recommendations of things to do. Hotel very clean, modern and comfortable. Could not fault anything. Amazing views over river and town centre. Included buffet breakfast was amazing, best we've seen, for quality and quantity. Salmon & herring, to bacon eggs, to cold meats and cheeses of all descriptions. Huge varieties of teas and coffees, freshly squeezed juices, yogurts and danish pastries. Finally it's centrally located, next to train station close to new bridge to cross river. No noise at all heard from trains, perfect sound insulation.

We were in Drammen for a family funeral. And although these events can be very difficult, our whole experience at this hotel was easy, relaxed, and much appreciated under the circumstances. Room was not huge, but that made no difference as its contents were comfortable and perfectly placed.

A very comfortable stay! Facilities very new and clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the options for coeliacs were brilliant!

Good: huge breakfast buffet, near train station & restaurants. Not so good: no place to pull in temporarily for check-in and/or drop off & pick-up bags (parking is off-site).

Good hotel. great breakfast. There was construction next door for rail line but did not experience any noise or traffic jam.

Just it was verry strict for check in time, if u want to check in before 3pm u pay 100nok for each hour.

The staff were extremely good natured and helpful, my room was super comfortable, my dinner at the restaurant was delicious, and the location was convenient and central. I would happily stay there again!

I wasn't optimistic about staying in Drammen on the last leg of our road trip. The Quality and their staff blew me away. A 10 day road trip around Scandinavia brought us to delightful places. We did not encounter a hotel breakfast better than this one. Dining options within walking distance. I was hesitant to book as they do not offer parking however at check in I was shown options in the area where I could park overnight for free (granted it was a weekend). If you're looking for a place to eat nearby try the Alpenhaus.

Veldig dårlig service å tilby sine gjester ett dårligere produkt enn hva de har betalt for å så be sin gjest om å ta prosessen for kompensasjon selv med tredjepart. Anbefales ikke. Velg heller ett annet hotell som oppgraderer bestillingen til kunden gratis om de har gjort en feil hvis betalt produktet ikke er tilgjengelig. Amatørmessig og frekt

Worst experience ever. Room wasn't ready at check-in even after 15:30. We got a room with 2 beds instead of a double bed in the end. The room wasn't cleaned well. The toalett seat was broken. The hotel was very noisy. Air condition didn't work. Room smelled bad. All of this for a very expressive price. The hotel is brand new but they clearly have a lot of issues.
