Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are spacious.

For just around 300, this is really cool. The room is spacious, and the yard is also spacious for parking. The only thing the room needs is frequent cleaning, like repainting. The paint on the room is a bit dull.

Strategic location from the city center, not noisy, spacious parking, easy accessibility.

Dewi, a front desk staff member, was very friendly and helpful with the check-in process, explaining everything very well. Double thumbs up for Dewi and the other staff.

The apartment is located in a residential area, access is a bit difficult from the main road. The room looks worn, with moldy paint on the walls. There are many cigarette butts on the balcony that haven't been cleaned, and the bathroom door won't lock. The AC is cold, and the hot and cold shower water runs smoothly without any problems. There is a dry and wet kitchen for cooking and washing dishes... Housekeeping is available, with a 100k deposit upon check-in.

I stayed at the hotel from 27 to 29 June 2025 and had an extremely disappointing experience. During check-in, there was no staff at the Front Office. Instead, a cleaner/security personnel handled our check-in process, but he was unable to answer any of our hotel-related questions. On the morning of 28 June, we left our room key at the Front Office and requested housekeeping at 10:30 AM. However, when we returned around 4 PM, the room had not been cleaned. I spoke with the housekeeping staff, and they mentioned they never received any request to clean our room. The worst part was discovering bed bugs in our bed. Both my sister and I were bitten all over our necks, arms, and legs. It was a truly disgusting and disturbing experience. Overall, it was an awful stay. Please be cautious—do not expect proper service or cleanliness from this hotel.

Recommended for those who want to stay more than 3 days in the Denpasar area. The location is not far from the airport and close access to places to eat, CK, and laundry… And the staff are friendly and helpful. Worth it for the price 🙏🏻
