Overall Ratings & Reviews Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts

I asked for a room near to the elevator as I have limited walking ability. To my surprise and delight I was upgraded to the highest room available without extra charge. In the morning I explained my flight out of the country would be at 10pm. They offered me an extension to remain until 4pm without extra charge! What other hotel range would have done this for a first time user? The staff were excellent especially on reception. How would I mark my experience. 11/10. Exceptional. Would I stay again. You bet I would.
