Budget friendly. Good room space. Clean mattress and restrooms. Accommodating staff. Free pancake or toasted bread w/ egg breakfast and/or minimal additional fee of Php50 for rice meals. Only problem is they don't manage their bookings well. They didn't expect us to arrive for check in as they don't check all of their booking platforms. We were given room but needed to transfer to a different room even on our 3rd night. Same happened for big group who arrived day after us.
