Excellent service and comfortable rooms

Nice clean rooms and good bar at the ground floor. No elevator though so be ready to carry your bags😊

It’s our 2nd time booking at Real Suites Hotel and they are consistent with their excellent service. Front desk people are accommodating and courteous. Even the housekeeping personnels are genuinely friendly and keen with requests. Superb accessibility; near malls and fine restaurants including their very own Bascon Café. Will definitely go back for URIT Happy Hour. :)

They have the pleasant staff. Location is right in the middle of the city centre. It is accessible for public transportation. Great hotel.

At first I was hesitant to book this hotel because there was no reviews from agent, I think the reason behind that is that the hotel is just new. We had an awesome stay at Real Suites. Their pillows, sheets and towels smells good and also their bath gel, shampoo and handsoap, ❤ the smell! The hotel staffs are nice and accommodating. They have a luggage storage if you're too early for check in or early check out. I 😍 their frosted glass bathroom.

Very good location and super Maganda Yung facilities and the food in bascon os super sarap and affordable.
