Amazing location with very attentive host. A few stairs to climb so you need to be able to carry your own luggage.

The stairs are no joke. If you are traveling with suitcases please take that into consideration

The location is excellent, perfectly placed next to a coffee shop and right next to many restaurants. The host was very helpful. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the restroom. The wall of glass separating the bedroom and bathroom makes it impossible to have privacy. While pretty, it’s not functional. People need to be able to use the toilet without their partner being able to see through. Yes, there’s some metal decoration on the glass around the toilet, but it’s narrow and still very see-through. Thank goodness we are a married couple of 30 years, but even then privacy while using the toilet is a necessity.

Clean and very cool being in the middle of everything. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Narrow spiral staircase to get to the unit. Bathroom was a glass door so not very private. Overall a great stay for a one night stay in Split.

The Luxury Palace Room was very convenient for both Diocletian's Palace, Old Town and the sea front. The room itself was very clean and the reception, information and engagement was quick, efficient and professional. The owner also provides a pick up / drop off service to the airport which is very convenient and cheaper than a taxi.

The room is in a great location within Old Town with lots of restaurants and things to see steps from the room. We booked a driver to pick us up from the airport through Luka for a reasonable price. He was very nice and even walked us to the room and gave us some dining recommendations. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a 1 night stay before we got on our cruise at the port the next day. Just a warning, there is no privacy in the bathroom, so only stay here with someone you are very comfortable with! There are a few sets of stairs to get to the room including a narrow spiral staircase.

My daughter and I were very happy with the Palace Luxury Room. It was right in the middle of Split so we could walk everywhere. Was very clean and their driver picked us up at the airport and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly the room was very quiet. Lots going on outside but we slept very comfortably. We would definitely come back.

This was an amazing find. Only after walking around did we realize we are inside the Palace. It is such an amazing area inside the Palace and of course the Riva Promenade. The room was clean and Luka was very helpful with instructions and directions. Highly recommend. And this room location was pretty central in the Palace. Once we got our bearings it is minutes walk to all 4 corners of the palace.

Right in the heart of split , host was so helpful and friendly, airline lost our luggage and the host offered to help out , it meant so much thank you. The room was beautiful we really loved it , the shower was great . We would definitely stay again

The name says it. Luxury Apartment. Situated in an old town building, you’d never guess how spacious, modern and beautiful this room is. The bathroom is huge as is the shower. Very centrally located. I’d stay again in a minute.

It was fun to stay in Old Town Split. Room was close to many things and the room was very clean. Appreciated the help arranging transportation from the airport. Highly recommend.

You can’t beat the location. You are in the palace and everything is a couple minute walk away. Very spacious room that is clean and updated. Luka the host is fantastic. He will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.

Wow, wow, wow - what a room and what a host! This room is inside the Diocletian Palace which we feared might be noisy but the double glazing is excellent and we weren’t disturbed at all during the stay. The room is beautifully appointed and has a fridge and Luka can arrange a microwave too if you’d like. The bed was very comfortable too. Luka arranged transport for us to and from the airport which was so helpful as it took that part of the logistics off our plate and he was super responsive to every message we sent him. A fabulous room in the most fabulous location for visiting Split. You cannot go wrong if you choose to stay here.

Prime location in the heart of Old Town. Convenient and tucked away. Feels very safe. Room is clean and comfortable. The owner allowed us to store luggage for a few hours in an office nearby, which was nice. Would stay here again.
