The staff welcomed us very friendly, the check in process was easy and fast, the apartment was spacious and clean.

For the location, it is certainly very strategic for tourist purposes, Easy check-in process and very friendly and helpful staff. This place is recommended for groups.

If we go on a busy trip again, we will stay here again. The facilities are complete.

Clean apartment, towels, hot water soap all available. Very strategic location. Directly in front of the Grand Millennium Hotel and Pavilion. However the cleaning fee is very expensive at RM150 and is paid in advance.

This is the first time your stay is subject to a cleaning fee of 150RM. Usually there is only a deposit fee. It should be added directly to the room price. So we don't feel at a loss. 😡.

Yang mau sewa harus tau terlebih dahulu kalau ada di pungut biaya kebersihan sebesar RM 150, supaya tidak shock saat check in.

Apartemen yang dipesan tidak sesuai dengan yang dikasih, pada saat kami komplain pemilik apartemen marah-marah. Malah mereka menyalahkan kami karena pesan dari aplikasi. Ruangan luas tapi tempat tidur sudah lekung ke bawah. Deposit terlalu mahal. Mereka meminta 150 RM itu sangat mahal sekali. Buruk lah.

The apartment is spacious. But the lack of wifi yesterday said it was not installed. Hopefully it will be installed soon. Incomplete utensils.

The hosts are very helpful when heading to the location of the apartment, the apartment is clean, all soap is full, clean towels, bed covers and clean sheets.
