super convenient location, nice and clean room, I especially love the service and the staff here are very caring and supportive. This hotel is also handsome 😝

Overall the staffs are friendly, location great and services were great. It improvement is the design of bathroom. The bathtub shower head hanger was damage. It should have both dry and wet shower.

The room rate is too high compared to the return value.

Guest rooms are spacious and clean; service staff very attentive and enthusiastic. The bar on the 12th floor should be remodeled and perfected. The outdoor bar combined with the swimming pool will be better when tourists will enjoy sitting back and admiring the panoramic view of Hanoi capital in the afternoon.

Nice location, close to the lake. Breakfast has few dishes, there are many bugs flying on the plate of food. The room does not have a window as shown in the photo (should describe in detail on the app to let guests know.

The location is great, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is okay, but the room I received was not the same as the picture shown. The breakfast room should be devoid of insects (bugs).

The hotel is in the center of West Street, so everything is complete and convenient, there are many restaurants. Beautiful rooms. I went to Hanoi on a business trip at 2am, but the staff still warmly welcomed me and helped me carry my luggage to my room. I asked to book a taxi, the reception also enthusiastically supported. Fantastic stay at the oriental Jade Hotel and Spa, has such a friendly feel whenever you arrive back to the hotel all the staff are very friendly. Location is great and compared to other hotels in the area the oriental jade really stands out from the crowd. Keep up the good work.

The new hotel is beautiful, clean, conveniently located in the pedestrian street and St. Joseph Cathedral. Friendly staff. Not satisfied in that: booking through the Traveloka app is room 3 (with extra bed), but you do not prepare in advance. Sanitary items (bottles, towels ...) to remind new bring more.
