This property was excellent and the host went above and beyond, by meeting us to explain the keys and locks and carry our luggage up the stairs. He reserved a taxi for us to the train, and was communicative during our stay. The house was immaculate, clean, and included coffee, tea and water for our use. Walkable to the waterfront on the Villa Nova du Gaia side, and to the bridge to the Porto side. We quite enjoyed our stay here!!

Excellent location, communication by hosts, and cleanliness! Great 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom option for families, with a park and playground just across the street. Secure free parking garage 1 block away. Amazing views of Porto, easy access to the metro and Ponte Luis 1 Bridge, and adjacent to the teleferico down to the Douro River and port wineries. Paulo and Maria met us at the apartment for check-in, provided heaters for each room, and provided a great list of local recommendations. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Porto/Gaia.
