Stopped by this hotel because I wanted to rest after New Year's, arrived at the hotel around 2 o'clock, we checked in after booking online, we opened 2 rooms, it turned out the room was not ready, we still had to wait until an undetermined time, and they said they would try as soon as possible, and would WA to my number, the hotel lobby situation was quite crowded because it was high season, okay we understand, but the lobby was full, there was no seating, even some guests were lined up with suitcases etc, finally we went to the 8th floor to wait at the pool, until 3:30 PM there was still no news, I went downstairs to ask, and indeed the room was not ready The kids were already tired, finally we could enter the room at 4 pm, and even then only 1 room was ready, next time we will evaluate again for room availability, even though we as guests if we ask for a late check out max at 1 pm, we would have chased you all.

The room is spacious, clean, the staff is friendly. We arrived at 13.00 before check-in time but were allowed to go straight to the room.

My family stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel staff are friendly, and the kids’ activities during the weekend are quite fun. However, the parking area needs improvement, and it would be better to add more kids-friendly breakfast options such as sausages or burgers.

The parking lot is very narrow... it's difficult to get out, you have to call the security guard. The TV isn't Android yet... it's still old school. The bathroom door can barely be opened because it's an old model.

The food is great, xoxo, but there's sushi, which is rare in hotels. The room is very spacious, perfect for alumni gatherings 🙂

For the swimming pool, perhaps a few more chairs could be added outside, as it was crowded yesterday and there were only a few chairs. There was also one elevator that was a bit noisy. Overall, everything else is okay, quite satisfactory, both in terms of service and strategic location. Perhaps providing valet parking would make things easier.

the food is the best, the menu is varied and my child feels at home and comfortable

I was able to check in two hours early, and the room was great, even though it was only a Superior. The food at the restaurant for lunch was delicious.

Hotel with beautiful mountain view, there is a swimming pool but unfortunately the AC is not cold enough, I have complained but nothing has changed

The hotel was comfortable. We got a room with a mountain view. The food was delicious and varied. The kids felt comfortable. I'll come back here with my family next time.

Very pleasant, hotel in the middle of Bogor city, close access to everywhere, parking is a bit tricky.

This is my first time staying here, but I think I'll choose Swissbell again if I go to Bogor. It's comfortable.

Booking 10 rooms was handled well, check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was also good. Central location, easy to get around. (-) Gym equipment under maintenance

This is our second time staycation and we enjoyed every moment of it, although after the second visit, the breakfast menu, perhaps because we get used to it, felt a little less varied. The room was clean, bed is comfy, AC and hot water was great, hairdryer also provided. Staffs are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, strategic location. Definitely one of our top picks for staycation in Bogor.

It's just a bit lacking. I booked a city view a long time ago and was given the 9th floor near the pool. Even though I checked in at the back, I still got a room on the top floor.
