first time staying here, the room is very comfortable, there are pillows and bolsters. friendly service, all the food is delicious, no debate! 🥹 starting from the security to the receptionist, they are very friendly. next time I go to Jakarta, I will stay here again.

Staying at Ibis hotel is very impressive, the staffs are friendly even though we checked in at night. The hotel ambience is very good, clean, and attractive. The room is very clean, quite spacious. The amenities are also complete, basically the customer is very much taken care of. Ibis Styles is really great, keep it up like this and thank you!

The hotel is nice, the room is clean, the staff is also friendly, it's just a shame I didn't read the room info carefully before booking, it turned out the bed was a queen size, I wanted to add an extra bed but I couldn't, so it was cramped sleeping with 2 little ones 😄. The food is quite varied, the taste is also okay, my 9 year old child wasn't charged for breakfast, thank you Ibis Hotel 🙏🥰

As a frequent customer who stays at Ibis Styles Tanah Abang, my experience this time was a bit unsatisfying to be honest. The mattress I got was a bit uncomfortable, the middle part was a bit sagged / flat inwards so it made my waist hurt, then the pillow was a bit dusty. Otherwise, everything was fine. Maybe you can quality check the mattress again later

The room is quite comfortable even though the AC blows directly towards the head of the bed. Breakfast is very complete and enjoyable. The service from the hotel's human resources is quite friendly and helpful.

Always a regular, given a room according to my wishes. Just a little problem staying here, the tea spoon and glass in the sink that I used before, were not washed. Oh well, it's okay. Room cleaning at 5 pm is still done. Thank you.
