The location is quite strategic, close to everything. The room is quite spacious, perfect for two people, and very clean. The hotel staff is also proactive, especially in assisting with parking, as the parking area is quite limited.

The room was clean, quite spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, complete with a hairdryer. There was also a capsule coffee machine. Unfortunately, the parking lot was cramped, and the restaurant was also small. The breakfast options weren't extensive.

This is my 4th time staying here, it is really that comfortable, only yesterday I was a bit sad because the room AC temperature was difficult to change, but the staff was kind and offered to move rooms, oh yeah, the breakfast was also really good

This was my second time staying at ARTOTEL Gajahmada Semarang, and overall, it was another pleasant experience. The location is excellent, very central and close to Simpang Lima and many local food spots ( ayam pak supar 500m only ). I really enjoy the artsy and modern design of the hotel, the interiors are unique and feel refreshing. My room was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with nice touches of local artwork. Breakfast is decent, but the variety could be better.

This was my second stay here and I received a room upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although parking is limited, there are staff available to assist with parking. The location is close to Tentrem Mall and a 10-minute walk to Simpang Lima Semarang. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay here.

Overall good. Room for improvement on staff service, need to be more proactive also attentive on the artotel membership. They will not inform or promote the membership if we did not ask. If artotel would like to drive the membership, they need to train the staff to be more attentive in promoting. Thank you.

We booked 10 rooms and asked for assistance in arranging a single floor. We were very grateful for their excellent service and the prompt response via WhatsApp. Then, we left a package at security, and they helped us store it until someone could pick it up.
