Amazingly friendly and attentive staff.

The location is close to Dotonbori, in front of the hotel there is a shop to buy food.

Friendly staff, smooth communication, location close to the road.

Good atmosphere, quiet Lovely staff But when entering the room, it felt like the cleaning was not very clean, for example there was hair stuck on the towel ….! The glass has armor dust.!

Good location, near everywhere just walk, to the station is also close. But the cleanliness is a bit lacking because the trash isn't always thrown away so the room is just tidied up.

This cozy hotel made my days. Clean and modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staffs. Close to transportation and famous shopping area. I would like to give them hi-five. It’s actually way more wonderful than some of five-star hotel. Beyond expectation! Keep up good work.
