The staff is so helpful. The room is clean. Near Family Mart across the hotel and 7-Eleven up ahead and also 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station.

The room was small, however, very clean, comfortable, and they have a laundry room that we could use and storage for luggage. The hotel is modern and looks new. The staff are all very helpful as well. The location, if you don’t mind a bit of walking, is actually not too far from Dotonbori. Right in front of the hotel, there’s Family Mart, and Seven Eleven around the corner. For us, it is actually a good hotel to stay in.

Good atmosphere, quiet Lovely staff But when entering the room, it felt like the cleaning was not very clean, for example there was hair stuck on the towel ….! The glass has armor dust.!

Good location, near everywhere just walk, to the station is also close. But the cleanliness is a bit lacking because the trash isn't always thrown away so the room is just tidied up.

This cozy hotel made my days. Clean and modern facilities. Friendly and helpful staffs. Close to transportation and famous shopping area. I would like to give them hi-five. It’s actually way more wonderful than some of five-star hotel. Beyond expectation! Keep up good work.
