Nice property, lots of marble and granite. Excellent location. Comfy king size bed, good hot shower. Staff was disinterested, any request seemed a bother despite low occupancy. Had to insist to get the breakfast we'd paid for, never served complete. Bathrobe disappeared day of our 8 day stay not replaced. Never washed coffee cups. We didn't feel welcome, the staff always had their nose in their phones. Pity.

Excellent room, quality bed, large bathroom, very spacious and quite new. The staff is the best, they really go out of their way to make your stay special. The general manager jessica definitely stands out as an amazing host. Cant go wrong here really...

Very convenient and close to everything. Clean and safe. I like the fact that there is a security at the door. Welcoming everyone., staff is very polite.

There is supposed to be a 24/7 security guard to let you into the hotel at night when they lock the doors. There was no guard to let us in, leaving us outside in the middle of the night for quite some time. There was also an issue with our door, so electronic keys would not work and the staff had to walk to our room with a master key to let us in our last two days there. There was no hot water the first two days. Anytime I’d make a request (for bottled water, for example), they would say yes then never fulfill the request. It was a very frustrating stay.

This is a fabulosos hotel! It will be my main stay for years to come. I will use any excuse to come back (last time it was Talavera shopping). The hotel is modern, edgy but elegant, and no detall is lleft without attention. Super comfortable and in the middle of everything.

High tech room with cool decoration

Te stay was less than pleasant. The managment doesn't take responsibility for not providing services, not keeping promises that made over and over and were broken over and over. Horrible customer service. Called for the one towel waited 15 min called front deck again waited 10 min and used hand towel after taking shower. 15 min after taking shower cleaning lady knock on the door with the towel..

We moved to Hotel Perla from another hotel because their pool wasn't heated. We asked the manager if we are going to have hot jacuzzi in Perla hotel. He promised. We paid $70 more than other hotel because we really wanted the jacuzzi. It's 4:30 pm and even few trips to a front desk the jacuzzi is still cold.

This is the second time we stayed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are unique. Up to date electronics to make things function. Excellent location in the business district. Wish there was a restaurant on the premises.

The hotel’s location is perfect to walk around the historic center, and is in a quiet street which is great for those who don’t like too much street noise. Thank you to all the staff who were very friendly and welcome us with a smile.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Perla Boutique. Everything was amazing. Diana at the front desk offered us perfect service. The rooms were very well decorated and high-tech. Be sure to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the historic district. Spacious, state of the art rooms with complete digital controls including electric toilets.

Very large, beautiful room. Front desk folks were very helpful. Location was great for museums and the cathedral. Surrounding restaurants were excellent and plenty of shopping. The roof top deck was really nice, although the pool was small. The weather wasn't great for me, but a cocktail up there would be super cool. I would definately stay there again!
