The staff is friendly.! Needs a bit better cleaning in the restrooms, there’s always too much hair in the floor, and it has a smell of mold.

All was great with the exception of coold water in the pool. Other than that excellent service. Good breakfast. Surly recommended

La avitacion fue entregada a tiempo, el hotel estaba muy limpio y acogedor. En general todo estuvo muy bien.

The rooms need insulation since everyone that walked and talked thru the hallway keep me up during the night.. Also not sure if they didn’t mopped the restroom or they mopped with a dirty mop because there was lots of hair on the floor and obviously was not mine.

Muy bonito hotel pero todo se escucha tanto de las otra habitations así como del pasillo y de afuera. Las camas son cómodas

Very friendly staff received us.! Super nice and clean. Loved the microwave and mini fridge in the room.! Would definitely recommend and will stay there again!!

The hotel was convenient and have easy parking.

Employees were great, respectful, helpful. From the security guard, personnel at the breakfast area to the front desk attendants...they were all amazing. The breakfast was above average and a traditional North Mexico treat. Our room: the exhaust fan in the bathroom is too loud and it smell like sewer.
